Just ever since the pandemic the fast food industry went downhill so much I don't even like spending money on it anymore because it's always cool and it's not really the workers fault it's these corporations people just don't really want to work these days and some corporations can't keep up with the demand so it's understanding and then if I choose to go there then I know what I'm paying for but when they can't even get a sweet tea right and then you got to pay $0.27 for an extra thing of ranch it's just not even worth going anymore, and then they say they're hiring people and you put an application in and they don't call you so you call them and it's okay we'll give you a call back after the interview and then you never hear nothing
Restroom was not very clean - and what I could see behind the counter wasn't too tidy, either. But the bathroom was available when the 7/11 associated with the BP down the street was locked (and didn't let customers use the bathroom anyway) and at least had toilet paper in the stall.Soft serve ice cream cones are inexpensive and hit the spot. And a cup of water is free.We did also have to ask for napkins.
The food was hot and the drinks amazing. Fast and friendly as well. Ordered bagels, bisquits, and hash browns. Drank on the Shamrock Shake before I took a photo.
Dining room had trash all over the floor. Employee looked at me like I had 5 heads while I was waiting to pick up the DD order I had to deliver. The line for the drive thru is always long. Takes so long for DD orders. We are on a timer.
They forgot my fries, my drink was half full?? And my burger was just thrown in there, the wrapper was completely off of it
Order was wrong. My big Mac that I did order didn't have any sauce on it which I love. Won't be back for a while!!! Not very warm either.. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger last week . Burgers weren't warm at all and cheese was just thrown on cold. Not a good experience.
Our luck at the drive thru was not too good. We had missing items and mislabeled items. Double check your order before driving off.
This place never gets anything right. We actually sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no one taking our order. Folks were honking and stuff yet no one took any orders. We left and ordered a pizza
They need employee help to get faster and more of the quality of foods
I ordered on the app and went to the parking space and checked in. I sat there for 20 minutes and finally I joined the drive thru line to ask about my order. They said they didn’t get my order but I was charged and they said I would have to be refunded through the app. The app says you have to call the store. I have called the store for days and no one ever answers. I know everyone is short staffed so I wasn’t even mad but I just want refunded for the food I didn’t get.
