These are the best, you get the glazed right off the line, they are so warm. Employees were very polite and helpful, place was very clean.
Service was okay, just no greeting or smile.I already get offers in my email as I have the app. downloaded. So when I place an order, I want to see if the employee recommends any specials. Of course they don't.Nothing new to say since we all know how good their doughnuts are.
My donuts purchased there are like rubber! So nasty. I’ve eaten this brand all over while vacationing. First time EVER that they were bad. My husband got a box for his office. Those ones are great. He agrees ours are not good AT ALL.
Not crowded very clean. Servers wore masks, did not know that this is one of the only Krispy Kreme left in the area. DOUGHNUTS we're hot and delicious.
Store is NEVER open for the posted hours.If you call they NEVER answer the phone.If you go through the Drive-thru the people taking your order can never answer simple questions. and more often than not you will get the wrong items. The service wasn't what was bad it was the undercooked donuts that got me deathly ill a few hours later that are deserving of less than one star. I really hope the amount of people that got sick was low as I wasn't the only one who did and couldn't have been the only one to receive the bad batch of donuts. It was a little after 6pm Tuesday November 23, 2021 when I bought my dozen. Thankfully (unfortunately) only one other person here and my children were not here yet to eat any. I don't want a refund or anything. Just make sure you cook them correctly and pay attention to food safety.
I want to personally thank dilon the gentleman who was working late when I showed up her was extremely helpful and understanding I hope his manager and parents know the raised a very helpful and caring young man I wish we had more ppl in this world like him sorry if I misspelled your name but I will be contacting your manager and letting who ever I need to that you are a great asset to the company
Donuts were great drive thru was exceptionally slow.
