Slowest attempt at delivery possible. Tried them again today and frankly unless you have 2+ hours to waste waiting on them (plus 15-20 minutes on hold waiting for them to actually answer) DON'T bother. Second bad experience, second time ordering. We won't return.
Me and my boyfriend needed to have our car towed from Fat Angelo's parking lot. The owner - Tom - was so nice and let us leave our car parked here overnight. When we came the next afternoon to meet AAA, we decided to stop in and have lunch here. The inside was immaculate! You could see them making all the tough and putting our order together right there. It was such a large, beautiful pizza kitchen. The food itself - I shouldn't haven't to say more than the pictures- but I will.Pepperoni Rolls - phenomenal!!!Buffalo Chicken Rolls - the best I've EVER had! The dough is crispy on the outside, but thick and doughy on the inside. It has Buffalo chicken pieces (with no fat or gristle on it - this is my biggest pet peeve) and it was cooked to perfection. The homemade ranch sauce just puts it over the top.The Oreo Cinnabons- I felt as though I was cheating on my boyfriend. These things are INSANELY GOOD! Huge cinnamon rolls with Oreos crushed up and places in every single bite! The icing on top, is just that.They even gave us some extra Oreo Cinnabons for having to camp out on their property until the tow truck came.10/10 would and will recommend10/10 cleanliness10/10 hospitality and personalityAnd 10/10 for being a phenomenal experience all around. These guys rock, and the food is untouchable!
So food quality when you can get it is good actually really good. The service however sucks plain and simple! When you call in at 8pm an hour before close you get put on hold and no one will pick up the call again. Maybe the phone system maybe they just don't want to take your order. If you don't want to cook an hour before close just tell me don't leave me on hold. I called last night 7:30 for an order thought I would have no problems. Ordered a steak wedgie was told it would be a half hour when I go to pick it up they had no order... Granted they offered to cook me one for free which I did not take as I don't have another 15 minuets when I already gave you a half hour. Never again there are better places to go that will have my order ready. And it's not like this was the first problem very seldom do I not give 5 stars but this was deserved.
Good pizza and wings. Many different wing sauces. They have a size of pizza called The Beast (I think is round) which is 1.5 time the size of a large. It is worth a try.
This was our first time ordering from Fat Angelo’s and we loved it!! They were slammed so it took a little longer to get our food delivered but the delivery driver was seriously the nicest person I ever met. He was very apologetic for the weight and asked if we were upset in anyway.The food was good too but honestly I’m ordering there again in hopes of getting this random delivery driver again. I just want to know his name! He was so sweet
We order often from Fat Angelo’s (my boyfriend is obsessed). The food is great but the two hour wait is a little nuts. Otherwise, I would recommend if you’re willing to wait quite a long time for delivery.
Order the baked spaghetti with meatballs!! Sauce and meatballs are definitely homemade. Really good for takeout and much easier than making it myself! ?
GREAT pizza BUT way over priced plus we paid for delivery that we never got and had to pick it up plus a credit card fee (really). We received two eight cut pizzas and a side salad and the bill was over $51. We will be back but NOT as many times as I would like.
? with out the ❤️ burn!Service was above and beyond, the ladies answering the phone and handling the pick up orders were extremely personable. The ingredients tasted fresh, fries on the pie were crispy and had a golden look, the white sauce was robust, and the grilled chicken was cooked to a perfect temperature that made it stand out from all the other flavors that created this masterpiece. I have eaten and ordered from numerous locations and this pizza shop as a “brand” has been consistent across the board. Quality food, accompanied by quality service. They deliver in a timely manner, communicate well if there will be a wait during a busy period and most important set the bar for consistency. Bravo to the new operation in town. Hands down a new fav. Looking forward to taming the “beast” and exploring other options on their complete menu.
Heard the food was good, placed the order for delivery and delivery was on time but I was missing items. Called to ask for a refund to my credit card, they agreed, never got refund! Ordered a second time for delivery, they said it would be delivered in about an 1 hour. 2.5 hours later still no food, called to cancel order, phone was busy. Called several times, finally got to talk to someone. I cancelled the order. 10 minutes after cancelling the food arrived. The food was slightly warm, soggy, had to re-cook most of the order. Ordered twice and had problems with service both times. Slightly disappointed ☹️.
