First time we have been here in quite a while. The service was fast and super friendly. The food was hot and what we all had was delicious. Price was right on par and the restaurant was extremely clean.

We were seated quickly with fast friendly service. This is one of my grandsons favorite places to eat.The food was good and hot.

Food was great. Service was very poor, took close to 45 minutes for our food to come out (i ordered a chicken bacon wrap, mom ordered the breaded shrimp dinner). Waitress came back to our table 4 times asking different questions, forgot what we asked to drink, then forgot the sides we asked for. Never refilled our drinks, had to ask for silverware after we got our food.

food and service was awesome will be back

I get the buffets, all the wait staff has to do is bring me my drink, keep my table clean and do my check when I'm finished. They are very poor at all of them and it is reflected in my tips. Multiple dirty plates on my table, NO SPOONS, and an unnecessarily long wait at the beginning and the end (they weren't that busy). C'mon, you have limited responsibilities for buffet customers and you don't even do that well. Why am I tipping you at all? Also, on the Sunday Buffet at least they no longer have the sausage gravy! Unacceptable.

Could be passable if you’re hungover but I could’ve gotten better food at the hospital. I paid $15 for the brunch bar and my options were wilted lettuce and chicken noodle soup minus the chicken and noodles. I almost had to resort to drip drying in the bathroom if this nice lady didn’t come in and offer me tissues. Pretty sure we saw a mouse too. He ate better than I did. 2/10 and that’s being nice

Why don't buffet stockers have gloves on their hands? That really bothers me. Our waitress was so nice. But some of the waitresses and bus people looked like they had dirty hair(and we go to this location every week.)We don't like to order from the buffet anymore. Thinking of not going to this location anymore.

Not all the cooks wear gloves when handling food and some of the waitresses don’t eather when handling your food the kitchen area is disgusting /dirty with trash on the floor . And a couple of the managers don’t do anything about any issues that come up , there are a few good ones thought . The new general manager - don’t like special needs/ and people with mental health and emotional issues working for her she yells and gets in there face about little things and lets herrasment go on by other employees and does nothing about it . There is so much verbal abuse that goes on with her and other it’s not funny she is ruining that restaurant and people are leaving that’s why they are so short staffed all because of her . Worse place to work and I would question eating there they way the handle food . And my daughter has a support dog in training and she wouldn’t let us take it in .she said dogs are not welcome and when my daughter and I was working there we need to switch a day for I needed to take care of my mother and she said to bad she needs us on that day and that me being at work was more important then me taken care of my mother .

I've had good experiences in the past but this time the waitress just seemed not interested. I saw her on her phone constantly and she never stopped by our table except when she brought our meals and check. She also forgot our straws and side sauces. Our table had to be cleaned off before we sat down and vacuumed while we were seated. Not to mention that the hour we were there the dirty tables surrounding our table weren't touched.

It was a 15 minute wait with largely a senior crowd and seemingly a need for more staff (we had to stand due to lack of seating)I ordered the whale of a cod dinner with cottage cheese and clam chowder for my sides. The cod, while sizable, wasn't anything to go crazy about (the breading actually left me feeling a little bloated). But the clam chowder was alright and the cottage cheese was cottage cheese. There is a salad bar that has assortments of fruit, salad, soups, and small baked goods, but honestly I don't feel safe eating at salad bars yet (especially with both children and elderly around in higher numbers) so I passed on it.The waitress was attentive but service was struggling with the number of customers. The atmosphere left me with the impression of dining at a Holiday Inn or similar hotel with a breakfast buffet.
