Sat in drive thru line for 18 minutes before they even took my order. Coffee is subpar compared to other Dunkin donuts and the staff is very rude.
Depends who is working ...but they charge for extra bacon but their idea of extra is a slice of bacon .....also certain cashier's ask if you want your change????? Does anyone not want their change??

Always busy. Always slow. Missing items from order. If you want to go inside to order because drive-thru is long, the indoor area is unpredictably closed. Food is fine, but service is poor.
This has to be one of the worst dunkin doughnuts. Everytime I pull in, either 5 am or 5 pm there is always a line no less than 4 cars that have not placed an order. This store has to be the slowest. You have to set aside 15 to 25 minutes just to get a coffee. I have been in line six cars deep and an employee is out on a smoke break. They have no sense of urgency or hurry up. They take an order and fill that order before taking the next to keep their "numbers" low. I do understand there is a shortage of people willing to work but this place takes it to a new level. Two times I have got in the drive thru and have to leave because I have not moved for 7 to 10 minutes.
You need to teach your crew how to make a coffee. Whatever i got in the image is diarrhea , not coffee, and was not my order.
Manager was really nice...They forgot my sandwich.
