I go to this DD maybe 3x a week after work for the same thing, an iced caramel coffee… but my last 3 visits the coffee was very opaque and milky and didn’t taste like coffee. I told myself after the second time i wasn’t going back. This time I asked her to remake it & I watched her sit there pretending like she did and brought me the same cup back. SMH. You wrong for that girlfriend!
3 people in store. 1 person waiting on front and drive thru. When employee was asked if anyone else was working, he got smart with customer. Would never go there again
Love their coffee very good, but they look at me funny when I order black coffee.
The young lady taking car of me was amazing. She was very helpful and had my coffee on point. Her name is Zoe. She is a true asset to this company
Coffee is excellent and expensive but donuts are terrible and not fresh to me. Please bring back Donut Connection!

I absolutely love Dunkin!!!! Even curre try with places being short staffed, I still enjoy waiting those extra few minutes for an amazing drink. My favorite has to be the iced Chai tea, very good with a little toasted almond, caramel, and almondmilk in it. It's even better when the have pumpkin cold foam. I love that I work at a restaurant and that when we do a group of drink order, Dunkin is always willing to switch. Few pizzas for a few drinks, always down for. And such friendly staff. I've gone to the one in Meadowlands for the past 3 years, and I have never met a rude staff member yet. They are always so friendly and willing to work with you if a mistake was made. 100 percent recommend
