We ordered a 10 count of cornbread munchkins at the drive-thru, but then after arriving at home we discovered that there were only 9!It might seem trivial but the Dunkin' in Canonsburg has given an extra munchkin a few times in comparison. I think I will stick to that shop instead.
Drive- thur was very quick with friendly service. Coffee was hot & donuts where super fresh. Delicious ?
My closest Dunkin is always so busy and has a line in the street (they don’t have enough staff to open the inside of the store so it’s solely drive thru) and so I’ve begun to visit this newer location. They are wonderful! Friendly and happy! The manager (?) recommended how I was paying too much for a drink because I remove the whip cream but it’s built into the price. Also there was a mistake on my order and she gave my daughter an extra treat to make up for it. I’m a big fan!
I don’t think they’ve ever got my order right once. I keep it simple it’s like one or two requests and I get the opposite of that. It almost has to be on purpose
Amazing service great coffee and good donuts even orderd some food and was better then McDonald’s it was fast in and out very good work always a pleasure seeing you all
We stopped in on our way home from the outlets. It was honestly the dirtiest place I have ever been to. It was absolutely disgusting....the entire place.. There were doughnut holes on the floor on the way to the bathroom. Food all over the place. I was really shocked because it is such a well known place. All I can say is wow. We did not order and chose to get coffee elsewhere
Everything was fine as usual. The workers were very cordial as always even though the line was very long.
I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes just for them to get my order wrong. I would go inside and and have them give me what I had ordered but you can’t go in because the door is always locked. This has happened 3 times now.
Best Dunkin I have been too since covid!! Felt like normal service didn't have a long wait an the ladies looked an seemed happy to be doing what they enjoy serving great coffee
Used to be the best one around. Since new management took over I’ve had to wait AT LEAST 15 min no matter what time of day it is. It’s sad that no one wants to work anymore. I’d rather drive to one further away. It would be faster.
