We ordered a chocolate extreme, made arrangements to pick up at 11a Friday 3-Jun. On arrival it was a white cake, obviously we reordered. We arriving at 3p to pick up AND THEY TRIED TO SELL US THE SAME CAKE. We went back a 3rd time (about 845p) and after waiting 15 minutes (now 9p, closing time) they attempted to close, but my fathers security provider (Salvatore) was not leaving without the cake. He asked the manager for a discount considering all the mistakes made (especially trying to sell us the wrong cake) the manager said no. This response was unacceptable and we will NOT revisit. I would not bring my dog (Anthony) to this place.
i never leave reviews but this place is literally terrible, ive never had worse service anywhere else. waited in the drive thru for at least 35 minutes before walking in. when i walked in, a worker asked for my order but a customer was literally running the place & yelled at the worker to pay attention to her order instead and they just obeyed. tried to give it another chance a week later and was another like 20 minutes in the drive thru.
Don’t go here. They don’t deserve my family’s business. No one can do their jobs correctly. We ordered a birthday cake for my paps birthday on Monday March 28, so we could have the cake for my paps birthday party on April 2. My paps only ask was an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen so we had to make this happen. Today we go to pick up the cake and they did not make any cake for my pap, and only had a peanut butter swirl cake that they couldn’t even write “Happy Birthday” on due to all the stuff on top. They didn’t offered any discount and had to pay full price for a cake we DID NOT ORDER and we DID NOT WANT. The manager not got involved to make things right. It was a poor kid having to piece together an issue that he didn’t even cause so we could have a cake for my pap. The girl on Monday who took the order for my paps birthday cake needs to be aware of this issue because now, 45 minutes before for my paps birthday, we are scrambling to make this cake work. INSANE! Stay away because no one can do their jobs correctly.
So I wanted to give this place another shot. I ordered food in the drive-thru last night. I waited 20 mins for ice cold food. They gave me my ice cream first which was melting while I had to wait for the food to be made which I thought was fine cause it was going to be fresh food. However, it was not. I had to re cook my food once I got home which I shouldn’t of had to do. I already was annoyed with this. I go to finally eat my food and the French fries tasted like soap. I hate buying things just to throw them away. Too many strikes here. Wasted money. Terrible.
This place was out of one dollar bills for change. Got a large hand full of change. Out of chocolate soft ice cream, only had vanilla to serve. I ordered a vanilla chocolate twist cone. Served me vanilla cone fifteen minutes after my wife was already eating hers. Told me that the machine broke down and I will try to get what I can out of the machine. I hope that the next customer that comes, gets what they want. I pray that they have a better day tomorrow. Oh, thanks for trying to solve my problem. Sorry. I was grouchy and up set for what happened. May the Lord bless you all with a better day. And I ask Him to grant me more patience for things that pop up like this.
Did not have a good experience yesterday. Ordered online three $6 meals, but only got the sandwiches and fries, had to ask for the drinks and the sundaes! Worker said those items did not show on her screen! Ridiculous, because they should know that these meals come with drinks and sundaes. On top of that, one of the sides were wrong and the sandwiches weren't even right. Did not offer a carrier for three drinks when clearly I am alone in the car! They need to get that online ordering system fixed or shut it down! I doubt that I'll be coming back to this DQ.
We ordered 2 Red Velvet blizzards. Not only were they not red but they didn’t have any of the ingredients so I heard them say just use brownies. So that what I got, ice cream and crumbled brownies. Horrible service, I was dripping all over the place. The business is practically ran by teenagers. Worse DQ ever. EVER. Oh and their ice cream machine is down 3-4 days a week.
Everytime I've gone through the drive thru recently my order is wrong. I let it go the first 2 times, but it probably would help if you told your employees to take their headphones out while taking orders. I can't get a plain cheeseburger at this DQ to save my life. It doesn't matter who is working, if I say a PLAIN cheeseburger, they ring me up for a flameburger. So I pay $9 for a cheeseburger that my son won't eat cause it isn't plain. If I say a cheeseburger with nothing on it, I get a regular cheeseburger. Now I understand that they can't hear over their earphones in the other ear. Asked for a large blizzard, got a medium. They never put lids on them so you can get them home without a mess. You would think all the bad reviews on here would make you speak to your employees and fix the problems.
Ordered a birthday cake, went to pick it up and one person there. He told me he was the only one working, no showed up to work. So my cake wasn't done !!! The order was there but no one there to decorate it. So I agreed to pick it the following day. He told me a decorator will be in.So picked up the cake and omg - it is lope sided like it melted and refroze,writing on cake is something a 10 year old could do and charged me full price. Inconvenient because no one showed up for work and I wish I could attacha picture so can view this cake !! Not even a discount ?????
Ice cream was OK, the place seemed nice and clean but the cone we got was not filled right and awkward and I asked for an Oreo blizzard and got cookie dough instead. The workers seemed tired and disinterested. The place was pretty empty when we stopped and I wished that I had noticed the drive though window before I went inside, it is easy to overlook. The place is located in a small group of businesses built around a Sunoco station and is very easy to get to from Route 19 since there is a traffic light for access.
