The food tastes great and I don’t feel like I just ate fast food. It’s all made fresh and the staff is always friendly.

The worst experience consistently I've ever had at a Chipolte and ive lived here and in Maryland for the past 4years. Bad attitude from most of the staff when I usually go in (evenings), ordered a chicken bowl, had no white rice, no black beans & no fajita vegetables available. Whatever male was taking the orders gave my lady attitude(hes lucky I was feeling gracious). Overall the food was salty, dry, the chips were awful. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I love Chipolte but will not be returning to this location under any circumstances. Like most fast food in Washington this place is under par compared to any other location.

Order a SIMPLE white rice, chicken , and cheese bowl. Now I have a bowl drenched in hot sauce which I paid $11 for and I can’t even eat my food. This has happened the past 5 times y’all have messed up my food

It was an interesting experience. Not sure what the guys here tonight working, are doing but not only did they get my order wrong by forgetting my double steak on my bowl, but the guy before me was getting a refund himself because they also screwed up HIS order. Let’s do better kids.

My co-worker and I have ordered from this location several times over the last month and half. The food has been horrible, I ordered a chicken bowl and the bowl was barely half full, rice cold and hard, chicken was so chewy. I had tons of guacamole, sour cream, and cheese, very little rice and chicken. I live in Pittsburgh and never have any issues with those Chipotle’s. We will not be ordering from the Washington location again…very disappointing!!

1. We walked into the place and they said they were only doing orders from online. We were standing there for 3 minutes until they told us this.2. We went onto the app and made our order. We couldn’t get chips because they were “sold out”.3. We waited ten minutes to get our order. Once we got our order we went to get our drinks. They were completely out of ice.4. I opened up my veggie burrito bowl. The order was completely wrong. There was cheese on it when I didn’t want cheese. There was no guacamole. It was spinach not lettuce. There were no vegetables. We went up to tell the lady working that it was all wrong. She continues to say that they were out of vegetables. This should have been said on the app like the chips were. They could have been cooking the vegetables the whole time they were just sitting around. The lady also said that we had to call a number in order to get a refund because they don’t deal with it in the store. If I could give the a zero star I would.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received at Chipotle on Old Mill Boulevard in Washington tonight. We ordered three meals (a kid’s quesadilla, a double wrapped burrito, and an adult quesadilla) at 7:15 tonight for pickup at 7:30. We got there at 7:45 and Brendan went inside to pick up the food. He came back out a minute later and said he needed to see my confirmation email because the food wasn’t up. So, he takes my phone and goes in and comes back about 5 minutes later and tells me that the person making the meal stopped halfway in between to go smoke a cigarette and that’s why it wasn’t up. At 8:00 he FaceTimed me to say that they still were not making the order and he asked to talk to a manager. I told him I wanted a refund and we would go somewhere else because we had a screaming toddler in the car and needed to get home. At 8:05 he texted me and said that they were finally making it and that they do not have a manager on staff so they could not issue a refund, and they closed the restaurant and told the people still in line to leave because they weren’t making anymore food. Finally at 8:10 he walked out with our order. When we were looking through the bag, we found an extra tortilla in the bag. It was supposed to be the double tortilla on the burrito. They never put it on; they just tossed it in the bag. The food was cold and the chicken on the quesadillas was burnt. Lola’s quesadilla only had 3 pieces of chicken about the size of grapes on it. I’ll never order there again. Mind you, there are 5 employees in the building, and only ONE person is working. While we were sitting outside we watched a woman walk in to order and be turned away, only for a guy to walk in right after her and order and get his food. Then she went back in and tried to order again and was turned down again.

The workers were rude. They did not have chips but yet charged individuals for them anyway. had to “ leave my email” for a refund. Worst chipotle I have ever been to

It's a shame this is the Chipotle closest to my house, because it's easily the worst one of ever been to. After my latest terrible experience, I'll now be driving the extra 15 minutes to the one in Peters when I want Chipotle.Don't order online if you want your order to be a) correct or b) done within an hour.Let's take a look at my order from last night: I ordered a simple chicken quesadilla with beans, rice, and hot salsa as my side. Nothing wild, no substitutions, etc. I got a bag of chips, also.I get to the store for my 7 pm pickup time (per the app) right around that time. I am the only customer in the store while there are 7 employees who are joking around, laughing, and (I can only imagine) screwing up other online orders. 15 minutes later, I finally get my order. My quesadilla was so burnt and salty I actually thought my dog had taken a dump in the house when I got home and opened the bag. They didnt give me my sides either (which is the third or fourth time the online order where they decided to not give me sides, which is ironic because the quesadilla containers actually have slots for the sides, so someone didn't bother to stop taking TikTok videos long enough to see that half of the tray was empty). The bag of chips had about a handful of chips in them.Moral of the story, I am constantly and routinely disappointed by the service, food quality, and overall experience at this restaurant. If this is how everyone else gets in their experience, they need to shut this place down.

Why is this the only chipotle in all of America where you can never order food in the restaurant. Then you order online and get your food 20-30 minutes after your pick up time? This has happened MULTIPLE times, and only at the Washington, PA location….what is happening!
