Skip this place if you are disabled and require service animal assistance.My family and I were super excited to try this place for brunch. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not fully accessible to persons with disabilities, and my father was told he could not bring his service dog into the restaurant.I hope that the restaurant will examine ADA rules more closely and re-evaluate their current policies so that I taste their food and leave a review based on the quality of their work rather than the accessibility of their facilities.
Outstanding service !!! We had my family together 18 of us! My dad’s birthday n sister-in-laws today Sunday @10:45!! Not only did they go above n beyond to get us sat (together) the server Blake killed it !! She was sweet kind n on top of things too to finish!! All food came out hot n CORRECT! Thank you so very much BLAKE. N the staff at bufords !! Thank you for making our family brunch birthdays awesome !!
Didn't think to ever write a review until now. Why, because I had a bad experience at another restaurant today and didn't realize the importance of reviews. My son is the head chef. I am not being partial because he is my son because let's face it mom is your biggest critic good or bad. I have been here several times super busy especially on the weekends and have never had a bad experience. Not just with the food but the service there and the employee's. Keep up the good work!!
Was in the area and searched for a place for breakfast and figured we would try Bufords out based on the location and reviews. We were not sorry. This place was slammed busy but we were greated by friendly staff. Got a seat pretty quick and started the order off with a bloody Mary and Mimosa for the misses. Drinks were fairly priced, moderately sized and yummy. Establishment was clean. Ordered breakfast and it took a little while. Without complaining or making any issues at all, the server recognized we waited awhile, apologized and gave us a small discount. The gesture and acknowledgement was truthfully amazing. Who does that nowadays? To be honest, we really didn't wait that long especially for how busy they were. Food arrived, portions were large, it was delicious and despite being busy.....our server was attentive. We definitely recommend Bufords but suggest seeing if you can get Jameson, she is an excellent server. We will be back for sure.
Stopped here on the way to the Tanger Outlets. I was STARVING because the stupid oil change took 3 hours instead of 1 (but that's a different review). Buford's was closing at 2, and it was 1:15 when I pulled in, but none of the staff seemed bothered. I had great service and the food was amazing. Exactly the kind of American breakfast I needed before a day of shopping. Highly recommend the breakfast bowl; this one was the biscuit bowl. And the bloody mary was delish. Just wish it had a skewer of pickled things in it. Will definitely go back.
Excuse the picture quality as I pulled screenshots from our snapchats haha! My sister and I had a breakfast date yesterday which included 4 other friends. NO ONE was disappointed. Our waitress must have been working there for quite some time because she had a precise and confident answer to every question. I started with an order of of the Nachos for the table and I couldn’t stop eating them. They were crispy, loaded with pork, scallions, jalapeños and BBQ sauce with a white queso on it. My best friend and I both got bayou platters. Thinking back we could have split on. My sister got the brisket Mac and Cheese and she enjoyed it enough to take it home (something she seldom does) One of our other friends got the same thing with the same review. The other 2 friends had a French toast stack and the chicken and waffle sandwich I believe it was(?) I honestly can’t remember because there was so much food and by the time I looked around half of everything was consumed! And I can’t NOT mention the amazing mimosas. I think everyone had at least one traditional and one Sunrise Mamosa.and then when we found out that they were half off from 9-11 on sundays they suddenly tasted even BETTER!! They had a perfect balance of not too sweet or strong or dry. Overall I highly recommend. They are on the pricier side and I can probably say this will be a spot for just the grown ups in our houses as our kids are picky and appreciate NOTHING considered “fine or upscale” but we will for sure be back! Over and over.
Delicious omelets and breakfast tacos. Nice and clean and great service. We got there just in time as it looks to be very popular. I highly recommend Bufords
Had to change from 5 stars to 1. The waitress spilled coffee on us. Then the food we got was just off. We eat there on the first and the food was amazing. So maybe they are just having an off day. Then today on top of having hot coffee in my lap, I was overcharged. When I asked her about the overcharge she said while the manager said to charge you that much disappointed we have their many times, have always had a good experience every other time we've been there.
Such a fun menu! A little twist to all the traditional favorite breakfast foods! Highly recommend the Santa Fe omelet! Katie was a great waitress, very attentive!
I will never ever go in there again. You have the rudest wait staff. If you don't care about your customer we can take our money elsewhere. The food tasted gross today. Not sure what has happened you guys used to be good. Like I said there are other places I can spend my money. if you really don't care about customers then why would we continue to go?
