They assumed that someone was drunk and would not serve them any alcohol. They then called the police on a group of people having a conversation in the parking lot. I have been here many times and have spent a lot of money at this establishment. I will never step foot in this place again and will share this negative experience with all that I can. Unacceptable behavior on their part. Their no personality manager needs fired and they need to put someone in that position that can deal with customers.

April 2022 UpdateWhat a negative experience. Stopped in for lunch and the place was almost completely empty. There were maybe five or six table occupied. As soon as we walked in we saw various staff members walking by the host table and all of them looked at us, but moved on to take care of whatever their tasks were. None acknowledged our existence.About 7 or 8 minutes later, just as we decided to go somewhere else, the hostess - Bre - showed up, and without any kind of apology asked how many we were (??) then studied her seating map for a minute or two and then led us to a table. The saving grace was the waitress who came right over. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of her game. She checked on us frequently and took care of every request very quickly. For instance, I tried their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and when I commented on it being very mild, she quickly arranged to get me a different hot sauce to spice things up. Part of the problem with my sandwich was that there was only a little tiny bit of sauce on this monster chicken breast. It pooled in some crevices, but most of the fried area was dry. It still was not spicy which disappointed me.The other sandwich we tried was the brisket. This was nicely done in a sweet BBQ sauce. We upgraded from their small fries to potato wedges and onion rings. The rings were greasy, but did feature some onions, while the wedges were nicely done but had too much salt in the mix. For the rest of the day, the two of us were gulping down water glasses like they were going out of style.Unfortunately, the kitchen had its own set of problems. While the place was mostly empty, our dishes came out about 6 minutes apart. We almost finished eating one before the second arrived! Luckily we were always planning on sharing both, so it was not an issue for us, but what could have caused that? So, to summarize, if it was not for the great waitress, the place would have gotten a one star rating.===========================================Sports bar atmosphere and food with lots of tvs showing games. Staff is friendly. Food is unexceptional and ok.

The experience was like visiting grandma's house--welcoming, full of great conversation, attentiveness my needs, and a gut-busting meal. I have no complaints. I'm not good with names at all, and I forget names almost immediately after being told. However, I believe my server's name was Natalie. In any case, she was terrific. I didn't have to wait much for anything. When I did have to wait, it was visibly confirmed that it was due to her attentiveness to other guests. That said, it didn't take long and she was right there to check on my table. The food was perfect. If I had to make a complaint about anything, I would say that the music was a bit too loud. Though, I have very sensitive ears and am unable to tolerate loudness very well. Even my favorite music and sounds become intolerable noise when it's too loud. I realize it's a sports bar type restaurant, but it wasn't busy when I was there for lunch and didn't justify the music being turned up the way it was. Aside from the loudness of the music, I have nothing bad to say.Thank you for the wonderful experience! In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger in The Terminator... "I'll be back!" ??

The cooks follow directions perfectly but if your a fan of garlic parmesan wings, this sauce isn't for you. When I think of garlic Parm I think of a garlic butter with parmesan cheese and that is different from their special sauce. Not saying it's bad, obviously it's popular for some but its definitely not what I was wanting. The cooks where able to make my wings to order, extra crunchy! Service was good.

This is easily the best place to eat ever, from the buffalo wings, to the very on point salads, I’d like to thank the workers, the chefs; and the nice random people in the bathroom. My point here: go to Buffalo Wild Wings for a great time, and a full stomach made with love and dead animals.

Pleasant staff. Food was cook good this time. We experienced over cooked dried out food our last visit. Quality of wings was better also.

The service was not the best. There was no hostess at the front desk when we walked in. We waited around 5 minutes, and I asked a nearby waiter if we should just sit down. He said he would get someone which took another few minutes. We had a few people in our party and one of them was served while the rest of us waited 5 or more minutes for our food. When you have a party of people, all should be served at the same time. I also ordered takeout while we were there for a family member, and there was a piece of hair on the food.

This may have been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a BWW… I know prices of wings are going up, but the wings I got looked like the wings off of a new born chicken they were so tiny. Then the price of them was extremely high. It was like getting a 6 piece at a 50 piece price. The wings were dry and some of the bones on them were cracked and wasnt even worth eating. I love chicken wings and BWW’s always has great flavors of wings… but the wings themselves were crazy small and the price was insanely high. I’ll never eat at another Buffalo Wild Wings ever again.

We waited 15 minutes, with no service or acknowledgement. Two servers and the hostess passed our table with no acknowledgement until we were leaving and they met us at the door.

food and service was awesome love your lunch special s
