Had a very bad experience with a manager tonight. The manager's name was Kellie. I was not the only one that she was very belligerent to. I heard her tell the couple that was cashing out before me how it was their fault that the food was messed up. Really no joke she said that to somebody. Before all this happened she brought my food out to me and it was incorrect. I told her that I have allergies and could not eat that. I had to order a specific way. Her exact words to me were " well that's how it's me it's always made like this." There are other restaurant choices in Washington. If they don't care enough about their customer I'm not going to care enough to give them my business.
2nd time in 2 weeks they didn’t have my order right. I even asked when I ordered specifically and let them know I had a be our guest card. They still screwed it up. I worked as a waitress for over 20 years of my life. Togo’s aren’t that hard, they are part of the job especially now during COVID, and I always make sure to tip good for a Togo order. How hard is it to add the condiments needed especially when they go specifically with that dinner, some extra gravy, and the rolls that come with the meal?? Seriously I expect better of you.
Breakfast was homestyle comforting (after substituting sausage gravy for the creamy country gravy which should only be served with the chicken fried steak) but what sets this visit apart and raises them to 5-stars is the staff. From the manager who greeted us as we entered and stopped by to make sure our visit was satisfactory, to our waitress(what a sweetheart), and the waitress who was coming on duty prepping the tables and losing her mind(as we were) because the music wasn't on... just good people.
My hubby said he had the best burger he'd ever ate! I had breakfast it was delicious!!

WHEN WE BRING OUR 2 YR OLD HE GIVES ALL WAITERS)WAITRESSESS A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY... This one stayed pleasant and helpful throughout the whole visit! Earned 20% Gratuity.... SHE WAS THAT GOOD

Great place to go and have a sit down meal with friends and family. Friendly staff and well prepared meals. Offers takeout and much more.
but never the turkey dinner again I'll stick with biscuits and gravy only, hardly no gravy and turkey was so dry
I was one in a large party of 13 or 14 people. We were greeted promptly and our party had a short wait before being seated. The service was prompt and professional, the food was good and the bathrooms were clean. My food wasn't done the way I ordered but the waitress had it corrected before presenting it to me! Wow! Loved it.
It was one of the worst experiences I have ever .when they brought out are food they forgot one of are dinners. When everyone was done eating that is when they brought the dinner that they forgot to bring out to us. It sad that it took that long. Had to go up and get are own drinks. Told the manager about it he realy did care at all I can say that I will never step foot in there ever again
