Old fat (and I do mean fat) white dude is an ingrate. Picks and chooses who to tell to wait outside. Then when you wait and five more people come in (no one leaves) he says nothing lmao. Stood in line for TWENTY minutes waiting to place my order and then when I order they say it’ll be “about 10 minutes” for what I want. Are you kidding ? How were none already made in that 20 minutes I was waiting??? I promise this is the first and last time at this location. AA is knowwwn for having poor customer service but this place is the worst.
A typical Auntie Anne's that's in most malls. The service was quick with the usual great tasting pretzels.
They didn’t give me my change. The workers were rude. So rude. They gave me the wrong sauce and when I went to ask to exchange it... they acted like it was an inconvenience for them that I wanted the sauce I asked for. Overall bad experience. DONT RECOMMEND.
First time in yesterday and I was treated horrible by a man named John. I can see if I was a rude customer but all I did was ask a question. He got loud with me and was very rude. Won’t be back. My son was with me and it even made him angry. John, you should leave your nasty ness at the door. My first day off in a while and I was having a good day.. didn’t need your negativity.

Mask police are very rude!! I simply pulled my mask out away from my mouth to talk to my daughter about what to order and the cashier sternly said in a loud voice "can you put your mask on?" No need to embarass a paying customer!! We left without ordering to say the least. This is America not a dictatorship!!! Management needs to teach their employees to have some tact when dealing with paying customers!!!
