I was there awhile back and my order was unsatisfactory. I made a recommendation to corporate Arby's, and they were gracious enough to send me complimentary meal cards. So, I tried again, and lo and behold, same. missing/wrong ingredients with the sandwich. They are very busy, I get that, but to substitute or eliminate altogether what the customer is expecting, and no heads up, not good. I didn't pay for it because of the card, glad about that. But, I'll go out of my way to get Arby's anywhere but there again.
Nice staff. Didn't fill my whole order. Forgot a Reuben that's 8$... drive 40 miles round trip
Awesome food!!! My husband & I ate there Mon we always get the 2 can dine for 10.99 2 reg roast beef sandwiches 2 mozzarella sticks 2 reg fries & 2 drinks u get alot for the $

Was in the drive thru around 7pm, they were supposed to close at 10pm, well the drive thru was full and I waited in line just to be told, after they took the order of at least 2 cars in front of me, they were closed... not very happy with this experience. But I'll give them another try, but not quite so soon.
I love this place. They always get my order right on the first go and everything is served fresh and hot.
