Food was great when we finally got it. We were brought the wrong food first time, one person in the party was finished her meal before the other three served. Waitress was very apologetic, she was new only there three days, and entered order incorrectly. I think the management should have given her more training. Food was good and will definitely go back
Like comparable Applebee's I've visited. The server did good job. The steaks my family and I had were hot and cooked to temperature we asked for. The food didn't take long to get to us either.
Food was good and Service was great, but... they no longer have menus... you have to scan the QR Code to see one. So if your do not have a phone with this option then your server is to explain the menu to you. 2 people I was with didn't. Thank goodness I did... I think this is horrible idea

Always good food, and genuine service. Three penne chicken pasta is my favorite. Definitely have to try out the Chicken Wontons, they are absolutely amazing, the sauce mixes well with the cabbage mixer.
We are retired seniors on a fixed income, but we go out once a week somewhere to eat dinner, usually Applebee's and Outback. I have NEVER been disappointed before at Applebee's till yesterday, don't know what was wrong, we had a party of four for New year's Eve and three of us we're very disappointed with our meals. Service is always excellent but our waiter seemed such a hurry that when he would stop by to check on us, he was gone so quickly before you ask anything, and it was a light crowd for a Friday afternoon. It won't stop us from going back to Applebee's, we will be there next Friday and we will see what happens.

This restaurant in particular is usually always good. Ordered a chicken salad and it was good… there’s just one little problem…. There should NEVER be a whole head of lettuce in a salad…. I understand some bits and chunks here and there but this is absolutely absurd….Aside from this issue, I love coming here for a family dinner night out, or for game day.. I also enjoy how friendly, yet professional the servers are! The customer service is absolutely great! And the food is delicious!!
If I was rating my waitress only, it would’ve been 5+ star. She was GREAT!!! Nice, engaging, polite, attentive….she is the first waitress to give me not 1, but 2 refills on my water. You’d think water was a given for continued refills, but I’ve always had better luck getting refills on soda than on my water at all the other restaurants I’ve been to. The food was typical Applebee’s. Garlic mashed potatoes were good, but just warm. The chicken was very well cooked, but also basically warm. The plate was sizzling so I figured it would be hot just like Denny’s is, but after the first bite, i figured out it was just the onions under the chicken. It was still pretty good, just not hot. But I’d order it again.
