I’ve been to a few wing stops and most make we want to STOP going l, however this is the Wing Spot. Always on point with your order accuracy, things are fresh and the people there are actually personable and polite. Love you guys

They dont know or honor thier online sales. To be a franchise this place is Ridiculous, people anserw the phone and not know what they have or doing. The person was polite on the phone but also clueless. Just lost a good customer.

If I was able to give them no stars, I would, but I end getting food poisoning from this wing stop on 60 nineth street. I got French fries and chicken wings 10 piece, the fries had too much salt on them, and the fries had a weird aftertaste and so did the rain, so I only ate half of it. it was Saturday, come Sunday, 6 o'clock in the morning I was throwing up. Couldn't control my bowels. I had the chills, I had a headache and I was very weak all because of the Wingstop that I had the night before I did not stop throwing up until 5 to 66 that afternoon. I had to call out of work because I did not feel good, and it's crzy to me how people don't care about their customers. It's common sense that the chicken was not good, that the chicken was bad, but they still sold it anyway.

20 Wings, Lemon pepper, Garlic parm, and Hawaiian and can’t forget the buttery rolls omg we almost forgot we was in philly and we was still talking about them half hour after they was already gone

CALL FIBBERS!!!Worst experience even worst FOOD! Sunday, Football, Wings. My man place an order online. It said it’ll take 15 minutes to prepare. Fine. I drove past the wing stop and I went to the beauty store. Spent 10 in the store, left, drove 2 mins down the road and arrived at the WS with some time to spare. Girl nonchalantly ask if I was picking up. So I made sure I said HELLO, HOW YOU DOING? Yes, I’m picking up for my man name. She walked away checking tickets and then said 10 minutes. Ok, I’ll wait in my car. 10 min comes, I go back in. I wait, no comes. They see me. So I guessing they know my order name at this point. Finally, who i assume to be the manager (his gray shirt) asked my politely was I picking up? “Yes I’m picking up for my guy.” Okay. Never comes back. Meanwhile other folks coming in getting their orders. Then the phone rings at the store. I’m on the phone with my man telling him to cancel at this point. Sunday, football is on and I gotta do my kiddies hair for school this week. So I guess the women who answer the phone heard me telling him to cancel. She then asked who my order for? I again told her. She check tickets and pull the first bag she read. I just grab my order and left.I get home a few moments later. My man all happy to have his food. First thing he grab is the fries. Stuff it in his mouth. “ It taste like they used popcorn seasoning on it” was the first thing he said. Grab the two platters, thighs with the basic hot sauce was cool wasn’t great but wasn’t amazing like we hoped. But the WINGS…werehorr-i-ble. Honey bbq tasted so generic, store brought, straight from the bottle to the saggy, fairly cook wings. Nasty. After all the time spent I was at lease hoping the food was good. Nope. I say give fibbers a call.

Poor over the phone customer service. Had to call 7 times back to back before someone answered. I order the same thing each time I order & is always given a different price. I truly don't understand that. ??‍♀️
