It's okay if tou don't feel like cooking. Staff is sometimes great and sometimes bad. It all depends on who you get.

drive thru for 40 mins…. picked up 2 hamburgers, I ordered with lettuce and cheese but received 2 burgers with only chicken… nothing else… for $12 worst than a mac chicken $1 each… never come back. If I can give zero star I will.

I went to this drive through and the service was not great the young girls was rude with ny order I wanted no salt on my fries and my husband ask the young lady at the window is my fries no salt the young lady says I don't know i didn't take your order im the one that just gives the customer there order and we waited for ever to get our order 10 minutes then the young lady said can you move over to the side your holding up traffic in the driveway for other customers and at this point we didn't get our drink and frosty and after all that time in line waiting for our order they never said the vanilla frosty was frozen and I wanted my money back from the frosty they told me I have to come inside after waiting 15 minutes of getting my food its poor service and the girls was playing and thats unsanitary with COVID-19 i will never go again to this location and my fries was very salty and they supposed to give us what we ask for every fast food drive thru always makes sure there no salt on my fries

The manager provided a complimentary doggie bag for a poor dog who had been left out in the cold for 24 hours. The police had just been called, and the manager felt it was her duty to help feed the poor puppy when the police came! Thank you so much to this worker who wanted to help when help came knocking!

Service suck. And the food sucks. I waited one hour just to place my order even though there was no body in front of me. Their only focus was the drive through . If there was any button to give less than one star k would do that

Fast and hot, the honey butter chicken biscuits are so good

We ordered 3 combos;1 Daves double, 2 bourbon bacon double, 3 double big bacon classic, and an additional Jr bacon cheese burger, and 2 small fries. We received the 2nd and 3rd combos, JBC 2 small fries, and the 3rd drink. When we advised the we were missing a burger and fries from the Dave's combo, the guy at the window and manager both argued that we were not charged for a Dave's double and they we'd have to get back in line. They were both very rude and would cut us off making it hard to have a discussion. That's absolutely ridiculous. Why should we have to get back in that long line when it was the cashier's mistake!?!?Extremely frustrated we drove off. But I took time to review the receipt and realized that we had in fact paid for 3 combos. Perhaps the first combo was rung up incorrectly as it just says medium combo double cheese on the receipt and it doesn't say Dave's.We called the store and spoke with the manager (or supervisor I'm not sure. I don't remember the name only that it was a woman). She immediately said it wasn't on the receipt and that we didn't pay for it. I tried to go through the receipt with her line by line to explain what we were missing. It felt like talking to a 5 year who doesn't want to listen. The JBC was not a part of a combo, if we only paid for 2 combos, what went with the third drink?! I would send a copy of the receipt to corporate if possible.Who wants to deal with this type of ignorance and stress so close to Christmas!!? It ruined our entire day!

The food could have been hotter. They advertised hot and crispy fries ? but I received luke warm fries. That's false advertisement for the 5 minutes that I had to wait in the drive thru for. The lemonade was too sweet and the nuggets weren't cooked all the way thru. So I was confused. How do you get luke warm fries and halfway cooked nuggets? I'm just saying ?? and the workers want to get paid more money. I don't think so. I mean everyone deserves a living wage but the customer deserves decent service and edible food too. Wendy's yall need to do better.

compared to my previous two visits to McDonald's which were barely one star ratings, Wendy's was a perfect experience which didn't have a single problem or complaint.the best part of the order was the friendly and outgoing attitude of the staff
