The food is great but the service is not. I am very surprised at how bad the customer service has gotten at this place and not to mention they hired a driver that can’t even properly deliver food. He has a flip phone… no gps. And will go to the wrong address and insist that he’s here. It’s very pitiful and I pray they get it together soon.
Getting a pizza at Vera's renewed my faith in humanity. All of my credit cards kept declining which didn't make any sense because all of my cards have money on them. I asked how much was the pizza so that I could go to the ATM and the husband and wife team (owners) said don't worry about it, just pay it on Monday. Wow! These people didn't know me from a can of worms. Have never met or seen me before.I was speechless! How beautiful! I did end up going to the ATM but I was so touched. The pizza is absolutely delicious and the owners are two of the best people I've ever met. So get your food at Vera's! You won't be disappointed.

My favorite place to get pizza. They seem a little short on the phone and flustered when busy, but they are never rude. This is a nice, family-run business.

This restaurant is obviously one of the best restaurants in the area. Every time I come to this place I am exceedingly glad. They always keep their very high level service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You are always happy with this place. Warmly recommended.

We live 6 minutes from this place and the women on the phone said that they couldn’t deliver to our location and that most people in our area go pick up their orders themselves. I felt like she was rude and didn’t make an effort to give me the best customer service as a first time customer.
