I literally just went to taco bell today (02/20/22). I order 2 crisp chicken tocas and 2 soft beef toca. I drove home without thinking anything of it. I got home, open my bag and it only has 3 tocas. I am calling the store number but the number keep saying the caller cannot accept call at this time. It's upsetting to purchase something and not get what you paid for.
The service was very good the food is very good they had everything that we ordered didn't have to wait long for our food, and one of the staff member gave us a free chalupa
The food was okay, but the place was dirty! I mean, every floor, every table, had bits of food or smears or whatever on it. There's no way it had been cleaned in the preceding day. And the terminal crashed while we were trying to order. Had to give the order verbally to a young guy who was admittedly quite efficient.
Yummy ? I love tacos and drive through was quick fast and hurry for my tummy I'll be back .
Slow service. If doing uber eats expect to wait 30mins plus. Staff was very unorganized and rude. Won't be going back here.

Went to the drive thru and the workers were playing over the speaker competing for my order completely getting my order wrong on purpose. Drove off and didn't want the food after that. No structure. Smh I really wanted tacos
The worst ever! The store closed early 4 some reason, couldn't get anyone to say why. I asked about app orders and the employees were out front walking customers like dogs 4 asking!?
