As my first KBBQ visit here I will NOT go back. The food was enjoyable but the management left a bad taste in my mouth. After receiving the bill of +$150 ( which I expected) the server wouldn’t let us leave until we tipped a certain amount. I have no problem tipping we gave her money and she demanded more before we could leave. So be warned I would not recommend just because of these predatory practices they’re better locations and this one is not it.
The server is very gentle and nice! Great food here and it’s BYOB!
Thought it was going to be a pleasant evening to try korean bbq for the first time. Me & my friends were repeatedly interrupted when the lady kept grilling for us. We did not ask her to grill for us. The people behind us were never interrupted, they were not African American. I'm not sure if it was because we were African American or not. Also the quality of the food was not great.
Horrible experience, i don’t know if she thought we were dumb but the server kept rudely interrupting me and my friends conversations and putting the meat on the grill for us like we couldn’t do it ourselves. Then she insisted that she got 15-20% tip after we paid $133 for horrible customer service and plain filet mignon. Would never come here again. Server kept bothering us but wouldn’t bother the people eating behind us, kept staring and looking at us while we were eating & basically forced us to give a $20 tip for interrupting our conversations and being weird.
Place is very nice and clean, food is amazing!! Fresh meat and very good attention
food was mid. i think $30+ per person is way too overpriced for my liking. they deff need to bring that down to a solid 20. there was only one waiter doing everything. VERY understaffed. she was also kind of rude when i asked her a question. bill ended up being over 200 for 5 people. i think tips are needed but putting a certain tip price (28,38,40+) is unacceptable. a tip should be what we want to pay, there shouldn’t be a given price. wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless they wanna waste their money. way too overpriced and understaffed.
take a look at this soup, plus the beef and pork are not fresh even they are close to the H-Mart. I will never eat any all you can eat Korean BBQ after this experience.
This was the first time I've ever left an "all you can eat" place still hungry.We've gone here like three times in the past and it's been excellent, but this last visit tonight was awful. We selected optiona A (the more expensive one), and were served our initial order. After that we were ignored for an hour and six minutes. We were finally asked if we wanted anything else, but we didnt want to wait another hour or two to get our check. We spent 114 dollars to split around 10oz of meat between 3 people.
Good but not great. It is an ok choice if quantity of food is your priority.
I’m currently sitting at a table eating. My party has ask 3 times for the lady that works here to stop putting our meat on the grill. I think it’s bc we are white and she thinks we are dumb? Idk she wasn’t doing it to some of the other tables with Koreans at it. But please tell your employees to ask first if we want help. Legit after I made this review she came over with a plate of meat we didn’t even order and dumped it all on our grill without asking.
