I waited 15 mins in line and had 2 cars in front of me. Whoever was taking orders was busy talking with the customers on the speaker. I ordered 3 chicken sandwichs. One had a long black hair in it. I'll never go back again.
I enjoy the chicken and those biscuits and all of the sides the best part is that the food is always fresh and delicious.
disrespectful, never on time .. i ordered on the mobile app at 9:30pm and when i went to pick it it at 10pm it still wasn’t done…. how????? y’all had 30 minutes. the guy said that he “didn’t see the order” when clearly it just wasn’t done . never again .. the worse one
I love Popeyes, the chicken is perfect, but the biscuits, dont get that without a beverage.
Went to the drive thru, got my food and rolled.Everything was hot and fresh and my order was correct.
This Popeyes on 69th Street was thee worst! The shift manager on duty named KG(BLACK MALE)was absolutely NO Help at all, I don't know what he's managing! The whole Chicken Wings had BIG FEATHERS PROTRUDING FROM THEM...IT'S UNBELIEVABLE THAT A RESTAURANT WOULD SERVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMER...THEN OFFER YOU EXTRA CHICKEN, INSTEAD OF JUST COMPING THE MEAL IN GOOD TASTE...FOR THE PROVING INCONVENIENCE TO ME!!! THE OTHER SO CALLED ASST MGR DINA, GINA,(BLACK FEMALE) SOMETHING LIKE THAT WAS NOOOO BETTER!!! THEN, THEY'RE FOREIGNERS AND START TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE IN YOUR FACE!! ? NEVERRR, EVERRR AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE THIS POPEYES...I'LL GO TO CITY AVE INSTEAD!!! Expand the picture and look CLOSELY Y'ALL! DON'T BUY YOUR CHICKEN FROM HERE!!
It be hit and miss with them. Service is always good but food be another story. Sometimes fresh and great and sometimes just trash.
They young working slow but at least they working not killing and will go to support they rarely have items on the menu waitn in long lines for substitutes
