Ciao, com’estai! Mangia-Mangia, fratelli! ??Yo, this restaurant is some finely fantastic authentic Italian. You sayin’… what? ✋ Mah! Basta! ? Ya haven’t had Italian, kid. Ya hear me? Been to Italy? I been. Coolness like ya ain’t ever done afore. So, listen, try a meal at this real good place, will ya? Huh? Whassamattah? Why? I told ya, kid. Ya haven’t had the Italian like Pica’s is real Italian. Waitress Stephanie knows the food like an Italian waitress should. For me, that what’s-what means something. Trust “ma donna”. Allllll goooood.Bene! From the sweet sausage to the broccoli rabe, and the soft fresh bread to the rectangle pizza… en quee vicino Capisco Napoli to Tuscany to Assisi outta Rome, a beckoning. Sauces succulently saucy, veggies crisp yet finely cut and cooked, cocktails potent and high-end, and for those of us hoping to wake up tomorrow post food-coma, there is a purely divine iced tea to imbibe. Did the pizza get larger on the table??? Too many savory slices! With slices of meatballs that melt in your mouth. Yup, box it up for take home. (After the heavenly tiramisu of course.)Seriously. An awesome meal that didn’t kill my coin purse. Everyone there works the crew-line like clockwork, still smiling, though some key staff are sure to have known the true 70s (reruns of Laverne and Shirley excepted).Next time that my visit to PA includes a respite at Consigliere Cerelli’s Castello, for sure a planned dine-in Pica’s is on the docket.*Pancha….* Ciao-Ciao… c’ivetiamo dopo, Paysano!?✝️???

Love the food here but last experience was just plain weird… We stopped in for lunch at 2 pm on a Saturday and we’re refused table service because we didn’t have a reservation. There was only one person sitting at the bar but we were told we couldn’t eat there either since they were at “max capacity”. It would have made more sense to me if they were busy but it seemed fairly quiet so we were pretty confused. We decided to order takeout instead. Apparently after you order you have to tell the kitchen staff what you ordered so they can make it. I assumed that when you ordered at the counter that would be communicated by the person who took the order. Just weird. Staff was rude and treated us like we were idiots for not being hip to their weird rules. I’ll stick with delivery from now on.

Let’s start with the obvious. Comedian Tina Fey brought her favorite home town pizza on stage for Jimmy Fallon on the Tonight Show. This review is about Pica’s pizza as takeout - not the restaurant or well-regarded banquet facility. The magic behind Pica’s legendary rectaular pizza is two-fold. Pica’s oven is the yellow bricked road leading to the Wizard of Oz. Pica’s pizza pans are the ruby slippers that trod softly along the way.Bring at least your favorite cowardly lion because you can’t finish a large Pica’s pizza yourself - but you can rejuvenate a slice from refrigeration hibernation in your oven - toaster or otherwise.I recommend the perfect pepperoni or sizzling sausage toppings. You’ll want to eat it immediately / in the parking lot! DON’T! Don’t eat it as soon as it comes out of the oven - you’ll scorch your tastebuds for days. Open the box and let it breath a bit!

Best pizza in the world!i traveled 2 hours to get it ?

The food was absolutely delicious ? I highly recommend dining at Picas!! Staff was pleasant!! I will definitely be goin back!

The best pizza I have ever had. Pica’s sauce is absolutely delicious. Have been eating at Pica’s for over 50 years.

Pizza was thin crusted and wasn't bad. Pizza sauce was good. Servers were sweet.

To go service was good, very well orchestrated.Food was not good.Side salad looked like it was prepared three days ago. Brown lettuce. Even fresh and crisp it was not a $6.95 salad. McDonald's would have been embarrassed to serve it.$11.95 Eggplant Parmagiana was tired. No. Exhausted. No cheese. Also seemed like it had been made a while back and pulled out of the reach-in and microwaved.$16.00 Fettuccine Alfredo was gooey and uninspired.$2.95 garlic bread was wet and unappetizing.Second time there and probably the last.

An institution! Love their pizza - the plain is king. Their full menu is very tempting, one of the few restaurants around that serves osso bucco! Their drink list was also impressive and they had victory brewing beers on tap which was great to see. Interior is a outdated but it just adds to the charm and history behind this location. Will be coming back to try more.
