Ordered from this place a handful of times and food was good, however tonight I was extremely disappointed. Spent damn near $30 and the vegetable lomein had no veggies but broccoli. The bourbon chicken smelled horrible and had no sauce, no rice paid for broccoli to be added and three pieces of broccoli. When I initially ordered I asked for bourbon chicken with white rice and add broccoli. Instead of the ignorant girl on the phone saying it doesn’t come with rice she let me order it and when it arrived and I seen it was no rice, I called and spoke with the same rude girl who then told me on the menu it says large with rice which it doesn’t. It says with fried rice so that was my point in saying white rice. She yelled at me and wouldn’t fix the problem instead hung up on me. I then called back for her to have someone else answer and then the man that answered put her back on the phone. When I stated “you just hung up on me” she didn’t apologize or anything. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!
Good food but I was never offered my free 1 large soda for the amount of money I spent.
Food is great but customer service isn't in their best interest, the lady has a bad attitude and demeanor

Quality pendin on which day u catch em. I’ve made several orders here wit my Aunt near da store. Some days it’s fresh & delicious. Sometimes it’s rushed & overcooked. It all depends

I ordered Garlic chicken with shrimp lo mein and they gave me 4 wings instead of garlic chicken and still charged me that price.
This place has always delivered to me now when I call to place can order she claims it’s “too far”. When they have been coming to my address for over a year.
Idk it seems since the previous family left service has changed and food quality. A hour and 10 mins for a order or two platters and the store is literally down the hill from me. 20 bucks and food cold. Wings weren't crisp but soft from sitting. I ate one and stopped lost appetite.
This spot never disappoints. They have good dishes for fair pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is busy.
