This place has absolutely AMAZING food! During the less busy hours when I come, their customer service is on point! The children who serve the food were very nice to me and my friends. As a person who has been coming here for years, not once was I given bad customer service.The prices compared it the portion sizes they give is incredible! It is a definite bang for you buck if you come here for great Mexican food. Not the best Mexican food that I have tried, but I usually come here since it's the closest to home. They usually charge half the prices of other city Mexican restaurants which is incredible! They also give free refills on the chips and candy at the end too!Parking here can be quite difficult at times, but the service here is great!
I waited for over an hour for my order! When it was finally ready i spent another hour there due to their card machine not working and once i got home i was still disappointed with my food and realized THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE!! and the food wasn’t even worth not one bit of my money! I ordered a quesadilla. I will never come here again and i advise you not to because you will be disappointed
have always liked the food, and sure my order would be late every now and then, but I was willing to wait.Tonight, I ordered on Uber Eats and 40 minutes after ordering, I get a call telling me they didn't have marinated pork, and did I want to substitute the meat. So I did, and almost an hour after ordering, still no food. I called the restaurant and the lady who answered first said she didn't see my name (she didn't try to look). After she saw I did order, she apologized and said the food would be there in 10 minutes.40 minutes later, still no food. I called the restaurant at least 3x to see what happened to my food, and every time the person who answered asked me to hold on and then hung up on me. I have never had a restaurant be this rude to me.It's now 10:00 pm well over 2 hours after ordering, and still no food or word from the restaurant. Luckily, Uber Eats has canceled my order and issued a refund. This place needs to just cancel deliveries and online orders if they can't handle the volume of orders.I will never order from this place again and I'm so disappointed because the food is really good. But I refused to order from a place that blatantly hung up in my face 3 times.TLDR: Great food, awful customer service and food may not arrive.
This is my first time here. The service was pretty bad, I order the birria special that comes with chips and guacamole. The waitress brings my tacos without the dipping sauce, had to wait about 10 minutes for the sauce and now I’m waiting for my chips and guacamole. So another 10 minutes later I asked the waitress where is my guacamole she than says we don’t have it but that’s why I gave you pico de gallo. What kind of bs is that. Never will return to this place again.
The tres leches cake was okay, I’d order it again. They also gave me carrot cake which was not what I ordered and it was also slightly burnt. Chicken enchiladas was gross. Chicken was extremely dry. Everything was throw into one pan. The beans and rice that came with it tasted slightly burnt. The enchiladas barely had any sauce so as a whole the dish was just dry and I wouldn’t order it again. Elote was flavorless. The birria quesadilla was the only thing that was actually very good, I recommend that.

Bacon wrapped burrito. Everything I got was fire. House gauc fresh made, red sauce was a beast. Going there is better than ordering out. You wanna rock this meal hot, no exceptions.
the only solid thing about this place is their nachos and elote. Ordered ‘birria tacos’, was supposed to receive 3, ended up receiving whatever is in the picture I provided. Not even close to birria tacos and certainly not 3.
Although everything was very tasty I would have given 5 stars if the angus beef didn’t have majority fatty pieces in it. Other than that everything was perfect. Def recommend the tacos and burrito and fajitas mix! Just don’t get the angus beef if unless u want more fat than meat.
