Terrible service. I order online potato greens and fish. I got potato greens and all chicken. I called to let the, know I got the Incorrect order. The ‘manager’ said “ you must not be one of our customers, our customers no we don’t have fish in that dish” ??.I responded, No, I am from out of town visiting. She said well, we don’t have fish here. I said well your menu has fish all over it. So, you have it on your menu, with no intention to sell??She said, well, we are not bringing you anything else so get your money back from Uber.Wow! COVID is killing businesses….bad, bad, bad service like this is. Terrible. Stay away. They don’t like customers.
Ordered monie callama through postmates from them. It had a foul smell and turns out it was rotten after me and my little sister both had a bite. Extremely disappointed and would never order from here!!!!!!
Whoever the woman was that was on the phone wa extremely rude ! I ordered off DoorDash and they gave the dasher a hard time , refused to give him my food. I called to see what’s going on and the ignorant woman on the phone began raising her voice telling me they haven’t done DoorDash in two months and as I was trying to explain to her that I JUST ordered from there twice this week and received my food! She hung up on me. Very disrespectful save your money!
Le mandingue restaurant is the best restaurant in the Philadelphia area. Their food is great. If you’re looking for a tasty African food check them up and you will not regret. I am addicted to the lamb hollow and pototo greens . Y’all will definitely see me again.
Idk where to start. But let me say I USUALLY love this place. Yesterday my boyfriend and I ordered 2 fish n rice platters mine w plantain, his without. Now as far as plantains go sometimes they remember sometimes they don’t. Whatever no big deal. However I ordered my fish with jollof rice and my rice didn’t look burnt but it tasted really burnt like I got the bottom of the pot. I tried to eat it but I couldn’t and I honestly did not want to have to force myself to eat it. Especially when I know their usual quality of food. So that caused us to go back. No plantains and really I wasn’t eating that rice. So I took the food back I asked them to just change my rice and I asked what happened to the plantains. They changed the rice no problem, plantains was not ready yet so they gave a refund. Cool no problem at all easy transition. HOWEVER. So we go home eat about an hour later I feel really nauseous, then I throw up. Felt horrible after that. My stomach was hurting and I just wanted to lay down. I finally fell asleep but only to wake up four different times through the night throwing up and my stool is coming out like water! Also this was the only thing both of us ate yesterday. In the middle of the night my boyfriend wake up like “my stomach hurt I feel like I gotta throw up” in my head im like omg not him too. So between the two of us from ab 9/10pm yesterday up until today right now it’s 2:30 pm both me and him are both having to throw up and having to run back and forth to the bathroom. Neither one of us can keep anything down. Thanks for ruining our weekend. We or nobody else in this family will eat from there again and it sad because I’ve been eating there since they first built store 2 and I never had a problem like this I put so many ppl on to this restaurant it’s sad. I’m done with y’all

Ordered 2 fish & rice pans first off they messed one of the orders up. Second today is the next day and I still feel SICK. I threw up ALL NIGHT the food gave me diarrhea as well. I only have problems with this store I really don’t recommend for anyone
I had ordered the Potato Green with Rice and some plantain and omg I got so sick. The Plantain was overcooked and the Potato Green was super greasy. I been sick for 2 days now and still suffering. I will never order from them again!

Stole 14 dollars from me. I go to pick up my food 15 minutes before they close to find they never prepared it, and they won't give me a refund. They said the cashier never told them I ordered, so they can't refund me. When I go out to my car to get my receipt to show I paid they all walk out the door to their cars. Don't go here.
