I had never heard of Lagos Island Pizza before. I live in the city and couldn’t decide what I was in the mood for. This spot caught my attention and the incredible menu hooked me. They’ve got something for any appetite and options that fit most dietary restrictions. The menu spans burgers, cheesesteaks, desserts, jerk chicken, wings, pasta, seafood, soul food, salads, and BBQ all served in healthy portions.I ordered the jerk chicken Alfredo and I had to stop eating and write this review. One of the best delivery items I’ve ever had. Perfect temp, astounding flavors, aesthetically-pleasing presentation. Truly my most sincere compliments to the talented culinary Angel that prepared my lovely dinner. Props to my Uber Eats driver too for getting it to me 12 minutes before the ETA.Definitely make your way to Lagos Island Pizza.
The pizza definitely impressed me. It was very close to NY style. Sauce was very good, Cheese too, Crust needs work.Advice:Get the recipe for NY style pizza crust. I know it's not easy to make NY style crust but I think your business will benefit by bringing the taste of NY to Upper Darby. There are alot of NYers that moved in recently.
I paid $45 on food that was trash Mac-cheese had no cheese yams was horrible fried chicken was not fried all the way , fries greasy soggy corn on cob was the only thing good! Will not recommend!!! & will not be returning
First time ordering woman who answered phone very pleasant. Got there girl at register with earring in her nose was horrible. Attitude for no reason. I won’t be back ion care how good the food is. Bone nose ruined it fa me
I ordered shrimp alfredo and a 10 sweet teriyaki buffalo wings and two homemade strawberry lemonades came up to $34.74. The food was fresh and hot it was about a 20 min wait at the time it wasnt crowded at all. The reason for 4 stars is the cashier drea didnt give good customer service, she wasnt nasty but she wasnt nice very lack luster customer service. My other reason for the 4 stars is because the shrimp had the shell on and that was very irritating cause i had to peel it off for my daughter to eat. It would of tasted better if the shrimp was peeled and mixed in with the pasta instead of sitting on top if it. But ill definitely order again.
After reading the reviews I was about to cancel my order (which was 70$) but I’m sooooo glad I didn’t !! Everything was hot and fresh! The fish omg was so good.. they give you a lot of food at a fair price.. I am definitely satisfied and most definitely will be ordering again! Kudos to the chef …
Me and my friend ordered from here on grub hub. The food is absolutely horrible! I ordered the jerk chicken and shrimp platter. The worst part about the whole meal was the shrimp! They tasted like rubber you can’t even eat them period! The jerk seasoning is a no go! The broccoli wasn’t cooked! The yellow rice was brown and the Mac and cheese was bland also like there was no cheese just noodles! I would not recommend anyone to here and I will not be returning! All together our order was $70! What a freakin waste!!!!
i’ve ordered from here several times, deliver & pickup. was satisfied every time. the salmon cheesesteaks are fantastic. try it, this place has great food.
Door dash was exceptional. They had food fresh hot and ready. Nice service.
EDIT AFTER THE BUSINESS RESPONDED: I’m stating MY experience. The food was nasty. And the girl who took my order DID not want to work. You can’t get mad at my opinion. It’s what I PERSONALLY experienced at your restaurant. A good business owner would try to make it right opposed to arguing with a customer over their opinion and experience.I tried the salmon, shrimp & rice platter. The shrimp are inedible. They’re not clean and they’re unbelievably hard & hard to chew. The sauce is ehh... the spinach is extremely over cooked. The rice and salmon is okay and the broccoli has such a weird color that I’m scared to eat it. The girl who took my order was clearly being forced to do so. She didn’t want to help. She doesn’t want to work. It’s very obvious. I won’t be returning nor recommending.
