Normally I don't have order/delivery issues. However today I placed delivery. An hour later I get call from manager?? Says he died not know who was given my order. 20 minutes later I call keystone was told "oh we will redo your order and it will be an additional 45 minutes. This is not good. Should've been taken care of immediately once discovered. Maybe I need to look at another sandwich shop???
My first time ordering from here and everything looks delicious. Tasted it and behold it is soo damn good. The wings, pizza everything ordered was soo good. I live close by and always saw the name thinking maybe it’s not good but today I decided to try it and I am completely shocked!!! Why did I wait this long. They have a loyal customer now.. Food is awesome!!!
On the evening of 4/6/2022, I ordered a beef pepperoni pizza. The pizza was so greasy it was GROSS. I called to complain and was told my pizza was Super GREASY because of the pepperonis. The problem is, I order this same pizza on a regular basis and never have I experienced this… This place has poor customer service!! I will not be ordering from this place again!!
We order from here all the time and 3/4 of the time they mess up the order. We call and they fix it. Fine. We ordered and once again they messed up the order and when my wife called to tell them, they said they would bring the correct cheesesteak. Then the gentleman called my wife back and said " I spoke with the cook and he said he put fried on 1 sandwich". Yes he did....the wrong sandwich but I had already eaten half of mine so we weren't sending it back. The gentleman insisted that the order was right. My wife knows what fried onions look like and they were on the sandwich and weren't supposed to be (happens all the time). Then the gentleman said hold on, placed her on hold and then hung up on her. I think we are done ordering here. They rarely get my wife's order right and to call her back and say that basically she was wrong when clearly fried onions are right there on the wrong sandwich....just isn't worth the hassle
We ordered a cheese burger platter that came with fries. I asked for the fries well done. Well they came cold and floppy. This onion rings we ordered were cold.Pretty bad
I ordered a steak Stromboli and there was more cheese than anything in it. Hardly any meat. And the wings were mediocre. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed for what I received for the price.
We’ve been ordering pizza from here for years. It used to be so good, but now i guess under new management or new people hired, the quality has gone down and the service as well. The one guy on the phone gave us a credit for something they forgot to deliver, and when we went to redeem the credit, they said there was nothing and hung up.

Cold food, and the owner is rude was told to order over the phone even though i was in store after he i said the phone lines were busy he said “ that’s not my problem” i had a conversation with one of the drivers outside he told me how much of a JO the ownet actually was don’t waste your time there’s better options on west Cher pike
I have lived in upper Darby for nearly 15 years and I have never came across a hidden gem on west Chester pike like this one. I ordered a large Half Greek and half Buffalo Chicken pizza and I was beyond amazed of the presentation and quantitative of chicken and BBQ sauce. Will definitely order here again if I ever need to stop by for pizza.
