I've been here at least five times, and every time the same two obnoxious older women are working. They answer the phone rudely, and when I go to pick up my food, I don't even get a greeting. They frequently make mistakes or forget to complete my purchase as well. I do not advise also very overpriced. THEY NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR GET CLOSED DOWN!
went in there and was struggling to open the door turns out it was a push not a pull, once i finally got in the lady yelled at me with an unpleasant attitude. customer service was absolutely terrible, and you could tell the vibes were off, i’m not sure if because i am a young lady and that’s the reason why the older lady felt as though she could speak to me in an ill manner but i’m not here for it. the food? you ask, well the oxtail seemed way too watery like there wasn’t much any taste, i’ve been to a lot of jamaican restaurants around this area and let me tell you, this didn’t top it for me.
Came here because of the reviews the food wasn’t that good oxtails had more fat then meat didn’t really even taste like Jamaican food forreal … I won’t be back
Savory curry chicken and yams that still have a nice amount firmness and flavor to them
I can’t eat this. The Mac very dry, sorry to say but all the food had no flavor. The lady was rude on the phone. Waste of money, sad for their business.
I'm Australian but I got to tell you in America I've eaten at many places as I have around the world, but when my friend Benilda and I got food and took it home to eat it we couldn't make it home we have to pull over and start eating it in the car in a parking lot it was so delicious it was so good made with such care and such spices I will never forget it it's one of those things like when you touch food that your grandmother or your mother made and long after they're gone bless their souls you never forget the taste of their spicy pork or their oxtail soup this is absolutely delicious food and it's made with care and they give you plenty it's worth the money we need places like this in Drexel Hill and Clifton Heights because we have some of the worst restaurants. ❤️??♥️???????? It's quite an experience in food and one of the best places on the East Coast I've ever eaten. Please think about Drexel Hill Baltimore Pike or Clifton Heights if you open up a second or third establishment if I see one more pizza and hoagie shop ??
Food was very good- everything was fresh. Had large Oxtail with cabbage/rice/beans and Fried whiting w/ Plantain/Mac & cheese…& a beef patty while I waited— I never liked cabbage until having theirs, I could eat it everyday!! Super flavorful YUMMMM BIEN DELICIOSO
The owner and her brother are extremely rude and nasty! The food is great best tasting Jamaican cuisine locally but she definitely need to work on her customer service skills.
REALLY bad attitudes from workers. First time visiting...and the ladies were rude and made fun of customers/insulted customers unprovoked....it was almost as if they were hoping people would leave and not order so they would not have work??? It just didnt make sense. Not coming back. There are other jamaican restaurants with sweet people.
Food taste nasty no seasoning. These people can't cook.
