Definitely very disappointed in how they prepare there cold coffees. They forget to add coffee. Check pictures for yourself. Sad because they say everyone runs on Dunkin. But the quality it's not worth the money. You ask for them to be redone and they give you the same stuff. I prefer you be honest and say your out of coffee and don't sell creamer with Ice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes after bring told top hold. I had him scan my 2 dollar gift card from tmobile, and my remaining total was 53 cents. I gave him my debit , and he stayed that you had to spend a 5 dollar minimum just to use your card. This is the only dunkin I've ever been to that makes you spend 5 dollars minumum.My coffee wasn't good at all either.
On 2/16/2022 I entered this establishment to buy my daughter's some donuts but they had to use the bathroom as well. They had the dining room section open so people can sit down and eat. The lady told me there's no public bathroom. By law if you have a place to sit down and eat the bathroom supposed to be accessible to customers. I took my business elsewhere but I couldn't find a place for my daughters to use the bathroom. I had to drive at least 2 mi to find another establishment inconveniencing my babies.
Very slow service, they are always so concerned with delivery orders and make in store customers wait until they get the delivery orders ready.
I always try to give this place and chance. Time and time again they consistently let me down.Between the SLOWWWW and I mean drive thru could be 15mins And there’s only 2cars ahead of you.The inconsistency in the food. Too many times have I received a soggy French cruller. COME ON. Even sloppy sandwiches.and lastly the language barrier resulting in them not answering they OVER CHARGES ME. App says one price they say another. They’re just not friendly about anything.Save yourself the agony, time and money.
They get my order wrong every time. I don't understand how that location is still open under the people who run it.

I ORDERD THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU HAD TO REPEAT IT 6 X BEFORE SHE SAID OK WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW SHE STILL CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ORDER THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I ORDERD IT AND DONT SAY THAT I DIDNT THIS PLACE NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP OR BE SHUT DOWN EVERYTIME I COME ITS A PROBLEM IM NOT SPENDING MY MONEY WITH ANY ONE WHO DO NOT RESPECT WHAT I ASK FOR OR RESPECT ME AND I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU OWN A FRANCHISE AND CAN BARLEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FOUL HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY
OLD HARD DONUTS BEING SERVED HERE. Absolutely not ok. Just moved to the area and came here and will never be back. Ordered a dozen via the drive thru and a coffee. Came home and realized that 8 of the donuts were hard. It's 10 in the Am, how is that possible?? I've been to Dunkin at 7pm and still had fresh, soft, edible donuts. So I had to make a trip back only to be offered some of the same hard donuts. Adopt a better standard. I took the $ loss today but hopefully you won't have to. It's like a slice of bread. Not a donut. Just feel it and see.
Really bad customer service! The ladies running the store are rude and unfriendly, and they always seem to be understaffed. The drinks are never mixed properly because they turn off the steamer long before they close. And aside from the rude customer service and bad drinks, the prices are outrageous. This Dunkin’ Donuts charges more for their menu items than even DDs in NYC. That is just crazy.
