what a great pizza enjoy the pizza and sodas

Usually this place is pretty good. But today order one of the 3 pizzas I usually get. A medium well done with extra Alfredo sauce, parmesan and asiago cheese. Usually they put plenty on,but today was dry as all hell and barely any cheese. It was hot,though timed it perfectly for pick up.Morning dude seems skimpy on things, so in future make sure wait till someone else making it.

I had the worst experience at this Dominos. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, I heard the cook telling the cashier she forgot the sauce. Then after waiting about 10 more minutes she was back there saying I don’t recook no food. I figured they remade it but when I got home no sauce. Everyone there needs to be fired, horrible customer service. Cursing behind the counter and all a disgrace.

Love the $7.99 three topping carry out deal. Would have given 5 stars but they messed up my order. Even though they gave me the wrong crust I requested, the pizza was hot and delicious.

So I ordered for delivery at 6:17 pm…. At 8:20 pm I decided to call to check on the delivery status. Tracker showed the delivery car pull up to domino’s and sat there for 20 mins and then marked it as delivered.. when I spoke to the dominos employee on the phone … he said don’t trust the tracker and that the tracker needs to be fixed…and that our food was in the vehicle in route… …. My husband drove up there and to our surprise our food never left the store . Food was cold and you can tell it sat for a while. They don’t deserve one star.. If you’re thinking of this place…. Just don’t .. please don’t.

Everytime I’ve called and ordered food the drivers always have a problem. I’ve had drivers get mad over turning the corner then refusing to deliver my food. It makes me wonder what tf the job requirements are for this position? Ages 3 and up because they act like children , they have to be extremely ghetto and lack customer service and have to hate their life. If you meet thos requirements work for this domino’s!!!!

Worst dominos to order from. Not managed by capable people! Always late on delivery & pick up as well! Never follows the requested instruction. Upper management should be concerned before being sued.

I had a horrible experience i ordered food at 6:48 pm waited until 8 and the food still hadn't delivered, so i called them they told me to wait 20 minutes waited and then called them again and they told me to wait another 10 to 15 minutes, and it kept going like this i called them 5 times and each time they just kept telling me please wait little longer i waited until 10:40 Pm 5 hours to when i ordered food and still didn't get it so just had to cancel the order and get the money back. And this isn't the first time this has happen but before i would wait 1 or 2 hours call them and they would deliver the food. But not today waited 5 dam hours and still didn't get it, Ill probably won't be ordering food from here ever again if they're gonna keep making me 5 hours. And another thing i only live 5 minutes away from the dominos by car so maxium it should have taken 30 minutes to get me my food but still didn't. So i'm never ordering food from here again. You shouldn't either unless you're okay with waiting 3-5 hours.

First was hung up on . Ordered extra sauce ,there was hardly any sauce on my pizza, the little seating area inside was dirty

BEYOND horrible customer service. The manager talked over me about my issue the entire time, shouted at me over the phone. I had a car side order. They stopped the timer and said they delivered it, while I'm still waiting. Instead of calling me to explain that they couldn't find me, I waited 5 minutes before I had to call them myself. The first lady was polite, saying that they couldn't find me because I wasn't in front of the store. I was parked 10ft down the street and had no issues before doing so, as it's a busy corner to double park on. Finally got the order, got home, realized they forgot something. I call back, politely asking if there's anything that can be done for my troubles, the manager argues, refuses to listen, berates me, then says "if you had pulled in front of the store then your order wouldn't have been messed up!". I would have had no issue doing so if they had called me instead of having me sit there. She said there were other customers in the store so they don't have time to call, yet when I got in the store she was standing around doing nothing with her mask down in the middle of a pandemic. She was smug the entire time with no apology from her at all. Blaming me for her poor customer service!
