Wish I could give no stars. Waited in line for 20 minutes before they claimed system was down. So iordered online, they stopped making the online orders to make the orders of 2 of their friends who walked in, and were somehow able to pay.
Very Rude employee. The girls they just sat there and talk and they don’t have respect to the customers. They need to be more train how to handle customers. I would recommend this place to anybody.
HORRIBLE service! employees yell at customers, tell them to leave the store when their order is not prepared on time. Half of the employees are constantly on their phones. They dont pay attention to the order they are making.
Smallest chipotle burrito i have ever had. I have small hands. Puts on hot sauce when you ask for mild
I didn’t realize I ordered soup with my salad. Besides the fact that u can’t order plain rice without cilantro online I got the salad but instead got this cold bowl of juice with a gob or guac and sour cream.
Omg I am so in love with their burritos in a bowl... Also this particular store is very generous with the portions
This location is okay. I have been here a few times since it opened. I am glad it's in the area to have healthy food options available. However, the accuracy of the orders placed online is an issue. I have ordered twice this week, one order had guacamole missing on one of bowls and the second order I did not get my complete order. I think the folks here are overwhelmed already. I have seen ubereats and door dash drivers wait a while for an order, which is no good for them. I hope they will get it together. If not, I may just have to go to City Line's Chipotle.
Wow! This place was well staffed, clean and the person who wrapped my burrito really did it like she was tucking a baby in to bed with the most love and utmost care! Thank you thank you! This was a great experience. The food was fresh and good. I really liked this location
The new plant based bowl is lovely and you wouldn't guess it's vegan. I think the wraps are overpriced since they costs the same as the bowl but for what is obviously a smaller amount. Apparently the trick is buy the bowl with a couple wraps for a dollar more and request heavy or extra toppings as you see fit because the cashier and people on line say they are charging $9 and it's only for the meat or in this case meat substitute.
The Supervisor was Absolutely Unprofessional and Rude, she is in need of additional customer service training.The food bins were completely empty on 2/5/2022 and I waited 25 minutes while she worked on the cheese in the back. I have photos to show how every bin was empty, Finally someone brought beans.??This is a New Store for such an unfortunate experience
