Canceled my order when delivery driver was waiting blamed it on door dash then said payment system was down but still took money from my account lazy pieces of garbage manage this place

I love wendeys but this one's customer service is trash. I called into the store to tell them they forgot some of my food and they yelled at me and sad bring all the food in so I can see it
I really enjoy this Wendy's. Nice friendly helpful staff and the food is great. I usually get the Biggie Bag and you get a Burger and I get bacon on mine with fries, 4 Chicken Nuggets and a Root Beer Soda and you cannot beat the price of $5.00 plus tax. My food is always fresh, hot and tasty and I enjoy it and think you will as well.
Got to go through the drive thru using their new app. It was okay but, it seemed compared to McDonald's, they don't have enough deals. McDonald's has loads of deals like free large fries you can get everyday with no purchas and Wendy's doesn't. They have days where some meals(sandwich, fries, and drink) when they take off as much as $3 off which is a really good deal. Like I said, just not enough deals, and not enough listings on the app that you save money from. I'll still go to Wendy's sometimes for a taco salad or something else but won't use the app unless it adds more discounts or deals. Oh, by the way, I don't eat sour cream or taco sauce on my taco salad. For YEARS, when I have bought one, I've always asked for Italian dressing on the side. I was told they don't have it. I asked don't they have it for people who have a different salad? "Nope" was the reply. When I asked about some other dressing, he said they don't carry it. I was never charged for it and that I guess was due to it being a salad, taco or not, but I hope you get it back because I don't get taco salad without Italian dressing and shredded cheddar cheese on the side. Another on that, one time, but they gave in finally because they give the cheese with their chili. Hey Wendy's, there's chili in taco salad so hope it maybe was someone new. Please get Italian dressing back. Might be nice to get taco salad on your app once in awhile. We'll see.

I absolutely love coming to this place. I have never had any bad experience other than that they get their food orders wrong sometimes. However I am not a picky person so I will eat whatever!!!
Burgers were actually spot on this time... Fresh fries and all... Very impressed considering last few visits weren't the best!!
