**1 HOUR WAITING TIMES EVERY DAY ALL DAY**I have gone to this taco bell for a while, put the hour wait for anything down to the the minimal wage the employees make as the excuse, not tonight will I be letting that be an excuse.I made my order on the app and because I know this store, I wanted to pick it up inside and skip the drive thru to make my experience as smooth and "quick" as possible with how this store seems to operate.I placed my order almost an hour before the inside closed so that I had a chance to skip the drive thru, my order was completed right after the inside closed and there was a line that would easily be an hour wait at the drive thru. I plead with the person at the door, Jake I believe his name was, to please don't force me to wait through the drive thru for my food, my pleas fell on deaf ears and at this time, I was fed up.I was looking at an hour wait for my food to be prepared for pickup followed by another hour to wait in the drive thru, I was looking forward too this meal and like a lot of things, it looks like it fell through along with my pleas being unheard by another person working for a big corporation. I had enough going on today and I wanted to have it end on a good note.

Almost every time I have come to this location my order is only half complete. Missing items that I pay for. This time they gave me a burrito with multiple things missing from the inside. When I noticed I went back inside and the lady at the counter said that they have been out of those specific ingredients. I wasn’t informed when I ordered and payed 100% that I would only receive part of the burrito. Honestly this is the worst fast food restaurant when it comes to quality and customer service.

We stopped for food and asked for a simple “no tomato” on my fiancé’s order. She had tomato all over it. The food was so messy we could not eat it without a fork and knife. While eating another family went up to claim their food was messed up also. The fast food industry cried about $15 per hour…and they cannot get an order right if their job depended on it.

Just tried the $1 chicken and cheese wrap. Wow what a great value and so tasty. It's a great choice. I think it will be my new go to menu item.

Taco Bell cost me as much as a dine in restaurant, but a dine in restaurant would've had my food ready faster. El Patron would've taken 15mins to make and deliver my food. Taco Bell's drive through consistently takes 30mins or more. And it's not even great quality food you're waiting for. Its gas station green apple splatters at best.

They messed up my take out order. But swiftly fixed it and had great attitudes.

Food isn't bad. However, this has to be the slowest drive through I've ever been in in my entire life. Probably sat there for 40 minutes tonight. Again, food isn't bad, but isn't worth that wait.

I overlook a lot of things, I understand mistakes happen, and we are all human!! When you spend $50, and then get told they are out of steak for over half of your order and that you have to call an 800 number for a refund, then that 800 number tells you it’s going to take 3-5 business days for that refund to happen when it only took 10 seconds for you to pull the money off of the card is just totally unacceptable!!! Then the other half of the order was wrong to!! They put lettuce on everything and nothing was suppose to even have lettuce, then they tried to scrape it off and cover it with extra cheese!! And just didn’t even give the drink because they didn’t want to explain why I had to call an 800 number so they just wanted me out of there!! I will NEVER order from this location again!! I understand staff shortages and customers being over difficult, but this was totally unacceptable!!!

I placed two separate orders.The gal working the drive thru window: #1: forgot to give the beverage with second order. Drive thru wasn’t very drive thru when I had to park, walk in to explain their error and then get my own drink. #2: I am a diabetic. I ordered a DIET Pepsi with my first order. I had to ask for my beverage then when I got home...discovered I was given a REGULAR Pepsi.Think she requires additional training.
