Went to the establishment for dinner and witnessed numerous live and dead roaches on the counters where the food was made. There were cobwebs everywhere, even along the floor boards. Someone is clearly neglecting their job and I think the health department needs to come in and take care of it. The employees just seems to be completely unbothered, not to mention their already sour attitude. There are a few different subway establishments aaround Uniontown, I know I'll definitely not be going back to this one ever again.
If you want customer service from the manager, don't bother going to this location. I had ordered online so it would be convenient for my 80-year-old mother to pick up. When I ordered I put a 2:10 p.m. pickup however once I receive the confirmation email it said a 4:10 p.m. pickup. I offered to show the manager the email and explain the situation. She said she would not make the sandwiches until she received the order at 4:00 p.m. . Totally unacceptable what a mistake!
Drive through ordered a footlong Italian BMT was asked if it was to be toasted I replied yes. Got it back not toasted. Tried to call 3 times no answer went to fax machine sound. So I drove back a few minutes later went inside and said it was supposed to be toasted. The woman got smart with me said she heard the order and that I never said it was supposed to be toasted. Why would I complain about a cold sub if i supposedly wanted it cold??. Bad and rude service. Will never go back. And the lights inside were off.

I ordered a tuna sub and it barely had any tuna on it. I tried to call to find out if the company just cut back on the amount of tuna or if maybe there was a new worker(both things I can understand) but they don’t answer the phone. They were skimpy on my toppings too, only a couple pieces of green pepper, onion and pickles on the whole 12”. I want to add that this was an online order so I wonder if they make them like that if you’re right in front of them. Sigh!
Fast and Friendly
Got a sandwich that wasn't toasted. They weren't busy at all but hey mistakes happen so she gladly said she would toast it for me well she toasted it with the sauce and lettuce on it so it was completely inedible.
Love fresh baked bread ? and it's always soft and this was the first time it's done the way I asked it to be
Everytime i come here they have the lights off like they are closed. Last time i understood because it was almost closing time. But it is 730 now. So do your employees just not want to work? At least this time someone actually took our order
Horrible service general manager is rude and the have nothing. Not to mention the store is horribly dirty will never be back very sad I wasted my money.
