Sat in the drive in parking place for 10 minutes AFTER pushing the button to order. There were no other cars that had gone through the drive thru and only one other car that had their order already when we arrived. A couple minutes after pushing the order button for a second time(thinking maybe it wasnt working) when another customer pulled in beside us, someone loudly came on the speaker and said, "what do you want?". I ordered the 2 drinks. They said "k. It'll be o.." and cut off before they finished the word "out". The lack of courteousness was astounding. Several minutes later our 2 drinks came out ..and they were disappointing to say the least. Tasted and looked like way less flavoring/fruit was added compared to every other Sonic I've been to. Slushes that have always been red, were a pale orange/pink.
A bit disappointed. Walked from walmart while car was getting serviced. Stood outside looking at menu for about 5 minutes. Pushed button to order and speaker mumbles something. So I hit button again, only to hear "drive thru only". I tried to respond but obviously I wasn't heard. I get times are hard and working people are scarce....BUT it takes 2 seconds to hang a sign!
WORST customer service ever. Went to lane 6 and no one ever acknowledged that I was there and ready to order. Sat there for 15 minutes went through the drive through and sat there for another 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was there. If it wasn't for good food I would rate this place a 1 star. Will not be going back to this location.
Uniontown Sonic has the best Mango Cream Freezes, their staff is always friendly and smiling and our food is always hit and fresh.
The young lady taking the orders is always so very nice. Didn't get her name, but has a very beautiful smile. Food is very good. Always hot.
Despite being short on staff and having a bunch of orders; they got our food out in a timely manner!
Went to Sonic order the patty melt with tators tots mozzarella sticks and a strawberry shake the only good thing on the order was the shakeThey did not toast the bread melt the cheese and all food was cold. Went through the drive-thru. Food was awful. Never go back was my first experience last experience there
The young lady that was there didn’t seem like she wanted to be there I ordered a number three meal all I got was a sandwich and a drink and it cost me $11.65. I gave her $22 she handed me $.35 back when I told her she owed me $10 she said not her problem that she had a line will not go there ever again.
We only get drinks at this location. They are so refreshing and sometimes super sweet depending on what you order.My husband had food poisoning at this location. That's why we only get drinks.The food used to be better.
I have never had an more awful experience food wise with Sonic until today. Firstly, I ordered the BBQ chicken meal with onion rings. The onion rings were undercooked and seemed like they were just sitting under a heat lamp. Then they forgot the chicken, so we drove back around. When we got it, the chicken was cold. I understand that everywhere is understaffed, but the food quality should at least be adequate.
