Food is fresh and cooked good
Food is always fresh and hot. Server is very friendly and nice.
They need to bring g back the apple and cherry dessert pizzas. The brownie and cookie are so over done from every place. Cinna sticks also. I can go to 3 big name pizza places and order those 3 desserts
Overall great experience!! Our pizza hut at home is absolute trash, might be worth the drive next time we want pizza hut.
I didn’t realize the wintry ice mix had started when we made our order until I went outside to meet our delivery driver. I kept apologizing to the poor young lady who was so sweet. I pray she was safe.
It's ashame no one in restaurant, but a few take outs. Our thin and crispy was excellent with real bacon ?. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be back. This is the only pizza hut with inside dining as far as I know ?. Also nice and clean.
I ordered garlic bread with cheese. Did not get it. I ordered 2 chicken Parm sandwiches, neither came with their side of fries.
Pizzas and cinnamon rolls seemed a little small.
Went to pick up my pizza. Called the store 5 times to let them know I was outside for curb side pick up. Got hung up on 5 times. Then saw employee dropping off pizza to another curb side customer. I honked my horn till I got his attention. In the meanwhile I had called the store a 6th time. I explained my situation with the employee. He stated he would get right on it. In the meanwhile my 6th call got answered. I asked to speak to manager. Explained situation. He apologized indicating they were short staffed. I stated that was not enough and I would not be back unless he made it right. He asked what he could do. I told him a free pizza was in order. He agree to credit my account for a free pizza next time. However when I got home the pizza I finally got was cold and apparently had been baked too long. The crust was hard and not very tasteful. This was not a good experience.
I placed my order in the app and was told 15 min for pick up. I arrived in about 20 min and still had to wait over 45 min. Along with the 6 other people waiting. All this time listening to the cook threatening to quit.
