The waitress was nice. She got my order wrong but that was ok, I'm not a picky person. I got a meat lovers instead of the pepperoni lovers. Nbd. The thing I don't get is WHY they don't offer parmesan cheese at the table anymore? She offered me a tiny little shaker for $1.29. She claimed because of covid....but all other restaurants have salt and pepper shakers on the table, why not parmesan? Sounds like they are just trying to get more $ out of the customer
My pizza was so cold and my breadsticks was hard and cold as well.. the food was so nasty, I wouldn't recommend anyone getting food from here. You can tell my food has been sitting for a long time I had to throw it away
My family only goes here to cash in book it rewards. Each visit is poor service . Waitress running hands all over plates, stuck her fingers in salad dressing , I needed to go up front to request drink refills and needed to hunt down silverware myself.
I ordered delivery and they forgot to put my sausage on my pizza, didn't bring my drinks and one of the jobless wings was just a tiny amount of breading and before I could mention my missing drinks the guys was gone. What a waste of money.
Well ordered a big dinner box took an hour to get which was fine but when it arrived the pizzas were smashed together beyond fixing when calling in the manager said she could nor fox it until they picked up this pizza and i explained i would take a picture for her cause i had a house for of toddlers that could not wait another hour to eat she said well then i can't replace it worst people ever and i contacted corporate also!
I've been coming to Pizza Hut this location since early this year the pizza breadsticks very delicious the staff is friendly very nice especially Rebekah she is super nice very nice i'll be returning many many many more times
Amber was our server an she was not very happy to wait on a table of 6 every time we asked for refills she walked away an she this place very poor service I will never go back she was kinda happy when we paid the bill so once again I will never go back I will let ppl know how rude she was oh it wasn't that busy maybe 9 ppl
