I stop here nearly every morning for breakfast before work. It's the only one open this early but several times a week, they just say sorry we can't take orders right now. For what reason? They're so rude about it and half the time the people working sound miserable as heck and so unfriendly. Yall need to hire some new people who actually want to work.
My food was prepped fresh and hot! Dining room was very clean!
Several times in one week their credit card machine is not working. Sounds fishy. Sounds like employees are ripping the franchise off. How can it be messed that much in one week. They also don't answer their phones at night. Busy for hours. Someone needs to check on these employees and what's really going on at this McDs.
I ordered chicken nuggets and they were hard as rocks like they'd been under the light half the day.
You can have it door dash to you so I consider that delivery and the Drive through is slow but the food is always worth the wait costumer service is great friendly people please don't judge people before you understand them
Customer service is always awful at this location. One specific occurrence I had left the drive through when my wife noticed we were missing fries. When we went back and mentioned it, the manager on shift accused us of lying and was rude.They did usually get the order right at least, but I’d rather go out of my way to visit the location on the other side of town.
One of the Worst McDonald’s. Food was not even cooked properly. Staff is friendly but still. That explains all.
Only three stars, because their ice cream machine was down ☹️
