they won't answer there phones even though there not busy. the chicken I ordered tonite for the 16 piece meal, breading didn't even stick to the chicken, it was nothing but grease , biscuits were overcooked on the outsides , gravy was very runny , called 4 times and nobody's answering the phones in the Connellsville KFC
My true opinion of the store would be a negative 5 Stars if you are willingTo spend your hard-earned moneyAnd be overcharged you are not allowed to buy what you want the service is horrible. Why can't you buy 4 brest and 4 Thighs? And its every time I go there they tell me something im trying to purchase is not possible. Retrain fire and educate till you get it right I plan to go back and I plan to review this store every time. Do not waist your time or treasure here.
I ordered the sandwich box deal 2 orders. I pulled away from the window and had to get BACK in line because they completely forgot to include 1 item from each order and did not give me ketchup for the French fries, which I will say are the best around now. Also no napkins. Otherwise they would have gotten a 5 STAR ? REVIEW.

Not only do they insult their customers audibly, they are rude on the phone and can't even have a simple online order ready for pickup. If I could rate 0 stars I surely would and can't even get anyone through customer service to answer. Employees need to take lessons in customer service and need a whole new staff.
Chicken was not good. First time ever. Was very disappointed. And they didn't give us any gravy.
If I could leave no stars I would. For the 4 consecutive visit the order was wrong…ok…no biggie. Payed 37.00 for my dinner on last drive through visit…missing my whole 8 piece meal. After my 20 minutes drive home I was livid. I called and spoke to the most horrible person who identified herself as a manager. I, tongue in cheek, suggested that she deliver my food to me…she started screaming like a lunatic. Literally at the top of her lungs . She only wanted to speak and would not allow me one word. She obviously has something wrong with her and if she is truly a manager, she is not an example of a leader. Actually, I feel bad for her. This location has serious issues. The young staff at the drive through are usually pleasant. I will let everyone I know to steer clear of this joke of a restaurant.

The people here need to take lessons on customer care. They showed attitude when I ordered without very little knowledge of their menu. The food was just okay, KFC is one of my favorite places to eat. But not in Uniontown.
