The staff are sweet and friendly here. But I was surprised by the super slow service. We waited around 30 min after ordering, maybe more, before the food came out. It had obviously been sitting under a heater for a while because my pancakes were dried out and my over easy eggs had solid yokes. I like IHOP, but this location is struggling I think. The host even commented on how slow it was when we arrived, so I don't understand the long wait and the bad food. We ate it because we were super hungry and still had a 3 hrs drive ahead of us.
omelette was the best i ever ate great chef great server great food hold on to that chef but you should clean up and redecorate your lobby and bathrooms first impressions are very important clean up keep your chef and you wont have enough tables
I get that they are busy on Mothers day, but we were given dirty mugs, no Silverware, forgot my drink, and gave several people in our party wrong items- including stale toast. I found a hair on my crepe and my husband's omlete was sub par. The restrooms were extremely dirty and there was toilet paper/ paper towels littering the floor. Also, apparently they were "out of shakers" so we were given condiment bowls full of unpacked salt and pepper that we had to stick our fingers in to use. I hope it was unused when we recieved it...?!?
If you eat at IHOP today, May 1, 2022, be aware they have ZERO BUTTER in the store. They're not telling you until your food comes, so you cannot have butter on your toast or pancakes because they ran out. You're also going to wait on silverware even if your food is sitting in front of you because "it's not wrapped". Also, I'm still waiting on my omelet even though my husband's food is sitting in front of him growing colder by the minute.But my server is pleasant, despite it all.
Hands down my worst experience ever. Service is straight out of a dumpster. Foods cold by the time they decide to serve you. And when we got here there were only 2 other people in the building.
I hope In Uniontown pa has gone down hill and the manager is to blame ...I waited the past 2 time ,1st in line to be seated and it took 15 minutes for hostess to show up and seat me.thrn 10 minutes for waitress yo ask for my order .. then a family of 7 came in seated ,order, and got food 10 minutes before me , then waitress took my glass for refill and never came back with it ..I'll never go there again
waited over an hour for our food and we had a toddler with us. the only good thing was the server brought his food out first then 20 mins later our food.
Food was prepared and served hot. Service was slow, but our waitress was not rattled and tried to maintain service. Be patient and not in a hurry.

Sat at dirty table because busser was clearly tweeked. I'm assuming he and 1 waitress were a couple because she was tweeking so badly she couldn't stand up straight. Her tables food was served cold (they were not quiet when making their complaints, can't blame them!) No managers at all...the other servers (God bless them) were doing their best to cover for the tweekers while still serving their own tables. The hostess was nice but clearly agitated at having no clean tables...the place was less than half capacity. Please send your methhead workers home.
