Placed an online order 2 for $5.99 each ordered a med. Pizza and a Cesar chicken ? salad. It said order confirmed. When I arrived he very nastily said "we don't have your order, you must have ordered it from another location." I have lived around this 1 mile vicinity 90% of my 75 years on this earth, I think I know Morgantown St by now. My husband who is recovering from Covid was looking forward to Pizza ? so I said well can you give me the order anyway? He said NO! DO YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER OR WHAT? I ordered a medium pizza and he charged me over $13. for a medium Pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. To say I will NEVER BUY FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA AGAIN!!!! Well if I could I would SCREAM IT FROM the top of the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING I WOULD. Just because he was having a bad day was no reason to take it out on me, and usually I am the easy going let it go type, however I believe I was way overcharged because something happened to their software.
They were very unprofessional last night I ordered one hot buffalo and one honey barbecue and 1/2 sub steak and they gave me two buffaloes the first order I returned one just receive another buffalo I’m pregnant I can’t eat buffalo eating for two The Buffalo was for my man so I was left starving after I left a five dollar tip SMH
Our order was perfect!We've ordered from this location several times since we've moved here and our orders are always right with no issues. Our food has been consecutively hot and clearly fresh every time.The delivery drivers are always polite, quick to arrive, and just pleasant to deal with. We had James as our delivery driver tonight and he by far was the nicest person I've ever encountered while doing fast food/ take out. He was super nice an communicative about everything during our brief transaction.This by far is the best Domino's I've ordered from, good job guys!

New to this area...and learned ALL to soon how unprofessional the local Domino's is!!! I ordered 2-thin crust pizza's...which were received cold!!! Immediately called the store and was promised a credit linked to my telephone #. I ordered a additional time after the fact without using my promised credit SMH Today I attempted to use the credit...and was rudely told by a alleged manager...whom was too cowardly to reveal his name...that there wasn't a credit SMH...As I began to state what had happened...he became overally hostile and pretty much tried making me out to be a liar SMH It's NOT my/ANY customer's fault...that a employee of Domino's LIED... that employee being Heidi!!! Heidi you know that you called me searching for my address!!! You, also know I was waiting in the door for you and voiced my concern of food being cold!?! Which it most definitely was!!! Learn basic customer service skills and manners... before dealing with the public!!! Your human error is on you!!! BUT, you chose to LIE to cover your faults that evening!!! Obviously the store is filled with MORE than 1 LIAR...due to the male promising a credit on my account. Unfortunately the employees(3 I personally dealt with) are a negative reflection of Domino's!!! Every customer deserves human decency!!! Enough pizza in the area elsewhere!!! Spend cautiously!!! Would NEVER feel safe eating their food after being treated as I was!!! Congratulations you can successfully LIE.
I received a pizza that was made wrong. I was told to call back and they would replace it. When I called, the shift leader told me I had to order something to get my free pizza. It’s not a free pizza!!! It’s what I ordered that you did not give me, and now you’re gonna force me to spend more money because of your incompetence and deception!!!
Great People Love how the manager is prompt .. usually dont mess up my order but people are human. The manager is fast and fair about fixing it...
If I could give no stars I would.. My daughter ordered a pizza in Uniontown, PA yesterday and there was a PENIS drawn on her box. After speaking to the general manager we were told the delivery driver (who has worked there for years) is not an employee at the location (yet he delivered the pizza in a Domino's uniform). We were also told that random images have been appearing on the boxes and it happened in printing they had no control over it. We reached out to the franchise owner who we have yet to hear back from and the corporate line was busy with other callers. There was no order label on the box either which also seemed odd to us. The only other person we heard from was the delivery guy himself who rambled on and gave multiple excuses for it and argued with me about it.. This is a poor representation of your company and a poor way of handling the situation!!
