Our food was thrown together and looked like slop! It was disgusting!
Went in for a quick bite and all we could here from the staff talking in front of us was the f ? and one employee ask another if she would come clean his house naked or with lingerie on. When handed my food i told the employees what foul mouths they had he just walked away with the manger standing right there with them talking the same way no apologize at all for their rude behavior.
Tends to stop doing shakes at night even though it's two hours before closing time. What's wrong with these places to deny serving customers what their menus have. Shameful.You clean after YOU CLOSE. We all have to do that. You're in business to serve customers. Is that asking for too much? This happens too often and the franchise owner should be contacted by corporate and something needs to change to be a better establishment for the community not do as you please because you want to get it all closedown early for YOUR convience.
Good service. They customized the big fish sandwich with just the toppings I wanted.

Went thru drive thru was actually fast for the time of day. Good was hot and tasted good as usual. My only thing is I paid for a cup of cheese and only got half of a cup.
I was skeptical about getting a Greek gyro from arby's, but now I can't get enough! Quick service, clean restaurant, and an excellent gyro
This place can't be making any money. There is never more than a few customers inside at a time and the lackluster crew can't keep up. The overall crew attitude is along the lines of, why are you bothering me while I'm busy kicking it with my girls here in the back? We asked that one of the many dirty tables be cleaned and the counter persons excuse was "I just came on." So, she came out and cleaned that one table then returned behind the counter leaving the rest dirty! So much for just coming on. And, what has happened to the quality of Arby's food? Seriously! We could have taken frozen french fries out of our own freezer and they would have tasted better. And while they say its roast beef, it sure doesn't look like it. Its very light in color and simply does not taste like it use to. Finally, our 6 year old grandchild who loves chicken nuggets ordered some. She took one bite and handed me what was left and said "I won't be eating that! Yuck!" It was hard and while not still frozen, it was not warm to the touch. Hopefully Arby's will get out of their lease and a descent restaurant chain will move in.
