Came here After Walmart one day because me and my boyfriend love Arby’s! The woman at the speaker was hella rude, before we pulled up to the window when we were asked to, we just left to avoid any complications because of how negative we felt about this woman. I hope she was just tired as to I’m a fast food worker myself, but always keep it low key.
The lady who took our order was great!! Whoever put the order together, did a horrible job, 3 sandwiches with French onion dip. There’s not enough for 1 sandwich. They filled each container with maybe 1/8th of the way. My husband had to pour them all into one to barely have enough for 1 sandwich.
Pretty consistent food and service. They loose 1 star for getting rid of the junior beef and cheddar .. lol
Been there 4 times over the last several months. Twice they were out of roast beef and twice they had no ice!They need to get it together.Fortunately, I like the turkey and Swiss sandwich.
Love it ! Line was long had about 10 cars in front of me. Quick service( wish all fast food was that fast) and good was hot and great as usual
Buffalo boneless wings was good .
Arby’s literally stole $35 dollars from me and won’t give it back. I ordered on the app because my family was sick and there was an error when paying so I tried again and it processed my payment 4 times or $35 so total I was charged $140. I called the store and they said they would only make 1 order and they can’t refund the other 3 charges I have to call customer service. The 1st time I called I got 2 refunds but not the third. I’ve since called customer service 2 more times about the 3rd refund and NOTHING. Never again.
Workers are extremely rudeThey messed up my order and made me go all the way back through the drive thru line to get the sandwiches they left out and i paid for.
Good food, quick service, and a clean dining area. I can't ask for anything more.
The worst sandwich ever I got from this Arby’s. I purchased the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. The chicken is suppose to be a tender chicken breast but what I got is flattened with a hammer to a dry crisp piece of chicken on a bun with onions that wasn’t even suppose to be on this particular sandwich. I’m very upset to pay near $10 for that combo and it was awful. I tried to call and the manager wasn’t no help. To top it off we waited in line for 40 minutes in back of someone who just ordered a small bag of food! I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never go back! Don’t recommend this place. The quality of the food is at a low.
