What a terrible experience I waited at the drive-thru for 5 minutes and no one answered so I decided to go in had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and they got my order wrong the guy behind the counter has no clue what he is doing and never do the people he is working with I will never be back to this Wendy's and highly recommend people to avoid if you don't want to deal with rude people

Awful service. Line was extremely long. I was picking up for delivery service and had to wait in line because they didn't make the order until you arrived. Manager was horrible nasty when I asked about delivery advanced orders. What's the point of ordering from a service or use the app if you just have to wait like a walk up order.

Was pretty disappointed when I drove here to claim my 76ers Frosty freeze out for a free small frosty and they told me they aren't participating in that. Not to mention you can't even dine in, so I was forced to try and explain the promotion through drive through.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and it’s not close. The line to order food is always into the road and it takes over 20 minutes more times than not just to place your order. If you order online they ask for the last initial and it’s always wrong. You end up having to tell them the entire order. Food always end up missing as well.

Nasty food, my nugget looked like it was cooked the night before and left out to dry. Didn't even eat it. Not sure if I want to go again. Also from what I could see did not look very sanitary, I'm sure if anyone else goes in they will quickly pick up on that too

$18.00 for chicken nuggets and a small burger and two small fries. My diet coke tasted like carbonated water. The drive thru person was nice though. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

Just had the most horrible service in the drive thru. We had separate orders which we stated at the speaker, and the person taking our order seemed to understand bc they stated the price after each order and told us when she was ready for our next order. Then once we get to the window and hand the first card for the first order, they just charged all the orders to that card without telling us that they were going to do that. When we told them, some other person came from out of nowhere to tell us that it was our fault and that we messed up the order of payment and that we shouldn’t confuse them next time. Riddle me this: how could we have confused them? Why did they decided to charge 3 orders to one card? Horrible people working here.

Not sure of the name of the lady at the drive thru window. That being said she was an absolute sweeheart. Their card service went down, and after waiting in line for 20 minutes, I pulled around. When I got there she asked if I happened to have cash which I didn’t. Their card service went down and she paid for my order out of her own pocket. I hope good things come her way because she deserves it!

I don't know about the food they used to make.Just recently went by there, the hamburgers were juicy the cheese was melted great the people that work there are just outstanding all in all great place!

Tried to order food at 7pm via door dash. Order was canceled 45 minutes later by Wendy’s. No explanation. This store is completely unreliable in service, hours of operation and customer service.
