Very friendly, and great customer service!
Not a great experience with this location at all. I chose delivery and never got my food delivered. Tried to call the location and they said there was nothing they could do about it, and that I had to call the delivery people for resolution. I called the delivery people and they state that I would see a refund from Subway in 3-5 days. Almost 2 weeks later and still no refund. This Subway site does delivery, this site should be responsible for the redund. I will never use this Subway site again. And yes I have been telling all my friends and co workers about my experience. I ordered for my whole office and am out $45. I will choose another Subway location that is out of my way, before I go to this one.
Just got a BLT Sub from here and the bacon was raw. Also did not have the cheese on it as ordered for pick up. Will not be returning here... Severely disappointed.
Exceptional experience and service. The male who works there is not wearing a mask which urks me a little bit but I don't mind too much. Other than that they do everything well.
For a healthy change of pace, I stopped by Subway in the Northland Mall. The sandwiches were made to my specifications in short order. I paid for them and headed home for a delicious meal.
Out of the many choices in the area, this has consistently been our favorite Subway to visit! The staff are always extremely pleasant, efficient and get our order done quickly. Highly recommend!
