The locations is perfect. The problem is that their staffs are not so professional, since I have a lot of times my coffee messed up by them, either using the wrong milk or missed the sweetener. I could understand that most of them are students in the university and they are not experienced and this is not their full-time job, so it is ok, but objectively speaking the Starbucks in downtown are much better than this one, and this one is too small to hold the huge crowds during a semester. Sometimes going to downtown can save you ten minutes.

Stopped in on a Monday I think. This place has a great atmosphere.
I love their coffee because no matter which store you buy the drink from they taste same, not like other stores and enjoy.

They never get my drink quite right. I never revieve light ice when i ask for it. If i ask for extra chai in my chai latte, for example, they either don't add extra or add way too much (even though i always specify how much extra). I've never had a *bad* drink here, just rarely exactly what i order.
