Great latte. The interior design could be better. They don’t have electricity outlets near the tables and that makes it impossible to work with your laptop for long hours since you can’t plug in your charger.
Very good coffee shop and one of the best places in State College for vegan breakfast. The coffee is a bit expensive but it is for good reason because it is very high quality.
Best quality coffee in state college. Can't speak for the food, however it looks fresh everytime I'm there. Roast dates on bags and well trained staff. Would give 5 stars, but hours are terrible, I would image a coffee shop be open before 7am for early risers and certainly after 5pm to catch customers after work.
Local flavor, a perfect place to meet and chat with friends! I loved the presentation and selection of coffee and tea! I will go back their to try other flavors for sure, but finally a favorite place to stop by!

Hands down, the best coffee I've ever had, skilled baristas make for delicious brews and food available quick and fresh. If you're in the area you owe it to yourself to try Rothrock!
Decent coffee spot! We ordered a large oat milk latte for 5.75. The coffee itself did taste a little weak but it could have just been from the oat milk. Bright layout inside, clean and friendly staff. Would be happy to try some of their blends!
