Worst fish & chips i've ever had;Rubbery texture like calamari, not cod;Fish and fries were both flavorless, lukewarm, and tasted like reheated leftovers.Frozen fish fillets are honestly better than this. Small portion size. Only 1 small fish fillet with approx 20 fries;I do not recommend at all;Ive never eaten at red lobster prior, but after this, I would never purchase from here again.
The food was good except the steak. We asked for medium rare & they brought out rare steaks. Instead of making new 1s they took ours & put them back on the grill, not once but twice. The waitress was fantastic, I wish I had gotten her name. The manager did take some off the bill for the inconvenience of the steaks, but I've worked the food industry plenty & was very dissatisfied with how the whole situation played out.
Service was horrible, food was decent. Way too many employees for Service to be bad. At least the just standing around entire time
Loved this place. In fact, I ended up coming here twice because I wanted to experience their full menu.As a visitor to US, this was my first experience with Red Lobster. I know this is a popular seafood restaurant chain so I assume quality standards are same across the country.The place was relatively quiet when I visited. The servers were helpful and food was served quickly.I tried different dishes over 2 days and I must admit everything was high quality. The food was full of flavor and well presented.I loved the convenience of paying using their special devices that are placed on each table.My favorite was the 'ultimate feast' which was a mix of lobsters, shrimps, clams etc.The touch based device placed on each table is also loaded with games. I was just exploring the games and found a bill of $1.99 on my tab. However, the server was helpful and removed it from the bill. I guess I should have paid more attention before clicking play.The food and ambience is excellent hence the 5 stars.
The food here is yummy as always, but it has become a touch pricier than it was. I enjoy the options, the service, and the ambience.

Our waiter was great! He was very patient with us when we were spending time reconnecting and not reading the menu. However, we were really disappointed with the Friday night fish and chips. The piece of fish was very thin and overly breaded. My brother and nephew both got that and it was a big disappointment. I got the salmon bowl because I knew it would be awesome! And it was! But seeing the fish for the Friday night special was just really a bummer for the whole night. I asked our waiter if it looked like it normally does, just in case it was like a one-off thing. But he acted like it was completely normal. So I suppose the moral of the story is don't get the Friday night fish and chips. And the salmon bowls incredible!
I usually love Red Lobster! I didn't like Shrimp Alfredo. I didn't like it. The texture of the shrimp is what I didn't like it was probably my fault for trying something new!
Except for the 45 minute wait the food and service was excellent definitely would recommend eating here
Outstanding. Very good food and the waitress was on top of things so no waiting around.
