Stunning atmosphere! Overall an excellent dining experience…. Everything tasted very fresh, light and summery. It was helpful to look at the menu online ahead of time to see what they have in season and what some of the dishes might be. There were some unique and interesting flavors but it all felt very European. The service was just right and the atmosphere was superb!

Fantastic venue! The open air kitchen with fresh, local ingredients creates truly delicious plates and the outdoor space with spectacular views makes this my new favorite restaurant in Happy Valley. And the staff is genuinely nice, service forward and actually a lot of fun. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful dining experience! The staff is knowledgeable and customizes your meal to your desires. Most ingredients come right from the farm nearby, which you can stroll around before and after dinner. We had the pleasure of sitting outside while the sun was setting over the mountains and valley. Gorgeous, amazing dining experience. Fun for the whole family! Our kids loved the chickens and the hammock. Highly recommend! Excellent
Farm to table deliciousness! My husband booked this place for my son’s graduation dinner. We had a large party so we opted for a private room and you could play your own music. You could see the beautiful land of the farm and the gorgeous sunset from the room. We had a 5 course meal. First, I would like to say that the service was outstanding. Sara really took care of us, attended to our needs and continued to fill our glass water jugs. I started off with margarita to drink, mushrooms with hummus, pork skewers, and then egg drop soup with turkey broth and vegetables. The Caesar spinach salad was very fresh with radishes and parmesan crips, for my main, I had the trout with (mussel-did not open and ran out) but the fish and bread were outstanding- well flavored and cooked perfectly. My husband had the tender pork shoulder. We finished our meals with decaf french press, fresh cream, and creme brûlée.Everyone enjoyed their meals and my son was very happy. We highly recommend this place.
We had a stunningly perfect 5 course dinner last evening at Re Farm Cafe. We dined outside at the last seating and watched the new moon rise over a classic view of Central PA fields and ridges. The food is creative and delicious, the servers are enthusiastic and attentive, the atmosphere divine. We will be back again and again. We especially appreciated that absence of music outside, the better to enjoy the natural soundscape. The only tiny caveat is that they should consider providing better tabletop lighting (whether candles or Kerosene Lanterns) as twilight comes on, so you can get a better look at the beautiful dishes they are creating. About as perfect as it gets!
RE Farm Cafe is truly a unique place. The food is top-notch, with great presentation. The staff is friendly an accommodating. The views from the cafe are great. You feel a connection to the food that is hard to find elsewhere... where our food comes from and its preparation. I really liked feeling the connection to the kitchen and the chefs. RE Farm Cafe is a real State College gem.
