I ordered from here through GrubHub this evening. The burrito bowl was amazing as usual. But I was VERY disappointed with the chips and queso today. The chips were stale and the queso tasted like someone scraped the bottom of the queso pot for my serving. I want either a refund for the chips and queso or a free burrito bowl

Very good customer service and the food was great! Lots of options to choose from.

We picked up take-out after we found out a competitor across the street no longer serves rice without cilantro (my wife has the genetic pre-disposition which makes cilantro taste like soap.) I think that QDOBA will become one of our new go-to spots.

Qdoba's rewards program indicates I ate at Qdoba over 300 times, but Qdoba has continued to discontinue its best menu items in 2021. In October, I finally switched permanently to Moe's and won't be back unless some of the items are reinstated.Qdoba started with changing its hot and medium green salsas so that the hot salsa has more barbeque sauce in it, and the green salsa is now watery. They added roasted tomato salsa, which has no flavor. Then, to add insult to injury, they removed the salsa roja, the best flavor of them all.Next, they discontinued corn, one of the key items that I put in my quesadillas. Moe's and Chipolte continue to offer corn. I was able to buy salsa at the grocery store and did so for a while, but I'm not going to start buying corn too.It seems that every month, Qdoba has continued to offer less and less value until I finally gave up. I celebrated the opening of this Qdoba on Atherton street because I wouldn't have to travel downtown to eat there anymore. It's a shame that what I once thought was the best fast casual restaurant in the country has deteriorated so much that I can't go there anymore.

Always loved QDOBA.Had to wait a long time. The “roll” of my burrito was terrible. Told the staff member I wanted a bowl because of it. He didn’t care at all. Please pay these people.Got the impossible meat. Everything was sloppy. Guac did not taste good. Not a lot of meat. The recyclable bowls have been replaced with metal. Not worth the money, I couldn’t done better myself.

This was my 1st time at Qboda, absolutely pleasantly surprised. I never knew what the restaurant was - was it fast food, was it sitdown, &/or take out? Obviouly, it's Mexican - basically it's a Mexican "Subway" with a while lot more choices of ingredients. - You walk down a counter and you tell the person how to build your burrito, or taco, or whatever. They also have some preselected specialities, which they make while you watch.I was there with a work buddy during lunch. I had 1 of the "specialties" & my buddy had his built from scratch. The food was good, fresh, had texture, amazing flavor and since it is pick & choose was large. Now that I have experienced it - I would go back & recommend that at least you give it a try - I don't think you will disappointed. Each of us the meal w/drink was under $15.00

In my opinion, Qdoba is the best of the local Tex-Mex places places, beating out Chipotle and Moe’s. The variety of ingredients they have means you can always try some new combo (the new chili crema and pickled red onions, for example, are really amazing). This location is excellent, the customer service is amazing and the facilities are very clean. You will pay slightly more than at Chipotle, but the free guac and queso more than make up for it. They actually ask how many scoops of guac you want and their guac is better than Chipotle, more onion and a little more lime in the Qdoba version I think.

I have never eaten at any QDOBA, have always been a Chipotle fan -- moved to the N Atherton side of town recently & was craving some cheap, quick Mexican style foodI went online to order Chipotle -- mkay the options & customizing was absolute garbage, they charge for everything extra & don't even give you some of the options to add on anyway so I decided to try QDOBA's online ordering -- not only was I able to customize exactly what I wanted without a bunch of extra charges, my food was made super fast & was great for fast food, will 1000% be ordering more often.

The staff is great and the service is quick ! I love it here

Great experience ordering on the app and picking up! Hard not to compare to Chipotle since they are so similar; one thing Qdoba wins at is my food has never been soggy from salsa water. For that they have won me over!
